Nick's team of contractors were really professional and the work was finished to a high standard. Everything ran like clockwork and was expertly managed by Nick. I would definitely use this company again and am so happy with the results!

WORK DONE: We had a substantial rear extension, completely new kitchen, new utility room & remodelling of old conservatory into family dining area. Nick, Josh, Glen & the team were always on time, always polite and they always updated us as the project progressed. The project remained within the original price estimates which Totus created, with intermittent, manageable bills presented as things progressed so that money could be ring-fenced & paid. We didn't knew any building companies having only recently moved to this area, so we went on the many many positive comments & customer recommendations following an enquiry on a Facebook page. We've seen lovely photos previous happy customers of Totus sent us of the work they had done, and felt that personal recommendations were the BEST way to get a quality building Co whose work would be of the highest standards. We did have to wait a few months for the work to commence as Totus are in demand, but they limit the number of jobs they take on as they don't over commit themselves, to avoid any possibilities of customers being let down. We would 100% secure this Co for future building & remodelling work of any kind (we have a garage project in the pipelines!).

We used Totus, Nick and his team, for our single storey extension, patio & fencing. With this being our first extension we had lots of questions throughout the build and Nick’s team, especially Josh, always made time to answer any questions we had. Nick was professional, kept our budget in mind and the work was finished within the quoted timescale. We have had many compliments on the finished work and the end result from friends and family. I originally contacted Nick at Totus about a rear extension and garden conversion and he came out to see me and I explained what I wanted and he said he would be back to me in a few days with the quotation and he was as good as his word. I got the feeling from the start that I would not regret using Totus as Nick was informative, friendly and professional right from the start. The works were a little delayed on starting not due to Totus but due to Covid circumstances - lack of supplies but once started I had no complaints. All the workers involved in this build were polite and courteous not only to me but to the neighbours as well. They cleaned up daily after themselves and were a pleasure to have around. Nick knew this build was for my husband who had a life limiting illness where time was against us as he was now wheelchair bound. He ensured that all the floors were level and everywhere was safe, clean and fully accessible for all his needs and by doing so he gave him back his independence. Through out the build I added more internal works to the original works and this was done with a smile and efficiency nothing was too much trouble. By the end I had a full extension, garden conversion with safe disabled decking and ramps, walls knocked down, Kitchen refit, New wooden floors laid and built in cupboards under the stairs. This conversion/extension was not just a build it was a lifeline for my husband and made him smile and feel normal even if only for a short time. The whole Totus team were amazing and worked in unison with the other trades under the one umbrella from the start to finish. The build was done on budget and within time and I will be forever grateful to them all. I would fully recommend Totus to all prospective customers. We had Nick and the team down to quote us for some work as I'd seen an extension and full house renovation on my neighbours property (which was amazing). We booked them to remove a side door and bricked up/plaster and the job was amazing. We then had them back again to fit a French door and install plumbing for a dishwasher (and they fit it too). Their work is fantastic and we're in talks for further work on my property. It's hard to find reputable builders who don't rip off but weve found them in Totus! They where considerate, trustworthy and friendly throughout. Great value for money and can't recommend them highly enough. Would definitely use again!

We had just moved to Leeds and needed an extension building - Totus was recommended to us. The quote was reasonable so we went ahead. Wow what a team they are. Our extention turned out to be full rewiring, landscaping of garden, full replastering, and renewal of ceilings and lighting, moving boiler and new raduators. So excellent was their work they have completed total new kitchen installation and both bedrooms full refit. Nick and his team are professional, friendly and diligent. Nick listened and responded to questions we raised; advised on design but importantly just got on with the job to a high standard. We knew the team were busy, months ahead, but still they fit us in with all the extra jobs we came up with. We were happy to wait for when they could slot us in. Nick, his team and the contractors he used were outstanding. We are already looking at having them back for some more outside work-wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks to Nick and all the guys at Totus. Nick and the team installed bi-fold doors into our living room, we were delighted with both time keeping, friendliness of the team, nothing was too much trouble, excellent quality of work, absolutely delighted with the final result, will definitely be using them again, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
