I contacted Jack regarding an EPC on a rental property required at short notice, and he was incredibly accommodating and arranged a date for the inspection within a couple of days. I had to leave this review purely for the trustworthiness & professionalism. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing with an EPC after not one, but two estate agents tried to say I had to obtain one through them at £90+ a pop. When I phoned this company, someone immediately answered & informed me I already had a valid EPC from the last sale! They didn’t have to do this, I would have been none the wiser & they went above & beyond, advised me where to check, what to say to the agent & even text me the link to my current EPC. Thank you again. When I next need one, I know where I’m coming & will advise my family & friends to do the same!
