I am the sort of person who recognises a modern, stylish, aesthetically pleasing bathroom when I see it, but doesn't know how to get there myself. I contacted Michael, who asked me to go Simply Bathrooms to get a design done with some provisional choices of products. Once I had done this, he visited me and we talked about it, and he made some good suggestions about what I could do, and subsequently sent me his estimate. Once I had accepted, Michael helped me further with my product and colouring choices, showing me examples of his previous jobs, pointing out what he thought would look good in my bathroom. When a few of my product choices were causing me to go over budget, he made some good suggestions about where I could save on cost. The job was completed over 5 days shortly before Christmas. I was impressed by how professional Michael and Sean were, with their attention to detail to get things right, and with tidying up and vacuuming at the end of each day to leave things looking reasonable. They spoke to me every day to give me a progress report and to say with what they expected to happen and when. Michael organised the plasterer to do the ceiling and the electrician to sort out the electric extractor fan and spotlights, so I didn't need to worry about co-ordinating different tradesman. At the end of this process, I have got a modern, stylish, professionally fitted bathroom, at a reasonable price. The suggestions made to me were not things I would have thought of myself, but I'm very glad to have received and taken the advice.

I can only reiterate what previous reviewers have written. We had a cloakroom installed and Michael was punctual every morning and kept us fully informed of what would be done each day. He was hardworking, polite and tidy throughout. We had a couple of unanticipated problems (due to previous work done - nothing to do with Michael) resulting in additional work which he did for us at no extra cost. Overall the whole project was totally stress free and we are delighted with the result. Would have no hesitation in recommending MM Plumbing Services.

Exceptional work done by Michael. Had our shower en-suite refurbed and I’ve got to say it looks amazing and is probably now the best feature in the house! Michael has been a great help with choosing what to have in the suite. He has been efficient and clean throughout the whole job and I would not have anybody else do work for me on bathrooms other than him. I found MM plumbing services via internet search . I thought with so many five star reviews they must be good and I wasn’t wrong . Michael was prompt to answer my request for a quote. He then met us at the showroom to help with our choice of furniture and fittings and even came round to check the order following delivery a week before installation. A prompt start each day explaining the plan for that day . I would also like to mention Jamie who did an excellent job plastering the walls with minimal mess. Michael is a very likeable trustworthy person. He did a good job transforming our cloakroom, was very clean and tidy and we would highly recommend him and his work .

Before we started our extension, we had seen MM plumbing services work and were impressed by each project. We instantly knew we wanted to use them. As we got in touch we met at the showroom and discussed our ideas and what products he recommended. He knew throughout the showroom some products had a bigger price tag but knew which products were just as good with a smaller price tag. We thought this was helpful as this would be saving a little money with doing such a big project ourselves. We ordered our bathroom and Michael was so patient with us as we had to knock down and rebuild which took a couple of months. He left dates open for us which was extremely nice of him. Once the bathroom was out for delivery he came over to unpack it all, help with the lifting and to check all the products. Everything was okay and then he was able to start the bathroom. Each day we were told his target for the day, he had organised each day perfectly. We were without a bathroom for 3 months nearly, and Michael stayed late and came over at weekends to get our shower up and running for us. We really couldn’t thank him enough for doing that for us. The end product is amazing, he is so talented at his job. We’ve had so many compliments. A well organised, punctual, tidy, pleasant gentleman. I cannot thank him enough for our beautiful bathroom he was a pleasure to have working in our home.

He advised on the purchase of my bathroom suite, and even put it through his trade account to give us the discount. What can I add too what has already been said other than he was the only one of our quotes who listened to what we wanted and understood why. It was a hard job for him doing the walls and floor as well as installing the Shower Unit, Basin and Toilet units and a new outside stack. Always on time and kept us informed each day what was going to be done. Attention to detail couldn't be faulted. Like others, no hesitation in recommending Michael.
