Baldev & Team did an excellent job on my kitchen refit, came on time and worked throughout the day to complete the job to a high standard. Very pleasant and hardworking Team. Absolutely Brilliant! Royal Construction undertook a considerable rebuild for me (approx 3,300 square foot). They were professional every step of the way and managed the project on time and within budget. Even after completion, Royal construction was always happy to return a provide assistance. Nothing was too much trouble for Baldev and his team. Every member of the team was hard working and skilled. I would certainly use Royal construction again!

I cannot recommend Baldev highly enough. From discussions with several builders prior to the project start and obtaining quotes he came across knowledgeable but also sincere and genuine. He trusts his own quality of work and did not take any money up front, payments were scheduled for project milestones with a balance upon completion. He started the project on the date promised and his team worked very hard and to a high standard. As with all projects there were complications and he found solutions and resolved any issues in a timely manner without compromising quality. Baldev and his team worked extremely hard to ensure there were no significant delays and he and his team take great pride in their work. I am very pleased with his work and the quality of his work has been complemented by other tradesman undertaking other work at the property. Since completion, Baldev has resolved minor snagging work without hesitation. If you want an honest, reliable, competitively priced builder who takes pride in their work then I recommend Baldev.

Baldev and the royal builder team did an amazing job on making the house brand new and make it look nice and great.
