K. B.I conta Lindum Group because of the excessive amounts of fine dust being generated by plant using an access road 10 meters from my windows. This dust is a real problem.
I received a very helpful response and the site was inspected and minor attempts have been made to mitigate the problem but no further action has been taken since and my request to dampen down the dust has not happened, and to make matters worse a huge stone crushing plant and grading machine has been installed just up the top of the site so all day noise and dust is now the norm.
I don't expect any further action, it's a huge building project and with it comes the problem... It saddens me the beautiful feild has been built on really but people want to make money nowadays... As this project is to run for another three or four years I'm looking to moving away, I can't stand it...i moved here because my mental health requires little stress and peace and quiet - I have lost it all....

However, we did not like where we had bought 12 months previously so decided to sell up at a huge loss and move into our new build at Saxilby , Church Fields. We love the house, great build, no issues and we know, if there were, they would be resolved immediately unlike where we had previously bought. You can't buy peace of mind!
LINDUM HOMES are by far the best build compared to the other 2 developments at Saxilby.
