I'm currently doing a self-build but needed to get the brickwork done (I'm no brickie!). I was immediately impressed when Tim showed up on time, grasped the job immediately and gave me a solid quote the same evening! They were on the job the following week turning up at 7am and leaving when the work was done. They stuck to the timescale quoted and did a professional job - in fact professional is a bit of an understatement, they are beyond professional! Not only that, they gave me some really good pointers and advice to help me continue my build, and even after they left the job I have been in touch with them to seek advice. Sparkes Richardson recently completed a full modernisation on my 1930’s detached bungalow which included a change of layout, upgrading of the electrics and plumbing systems, new kitchen, bathroom and replacement of a shabby pvc entrance with an attractive brick built one. Not only are Tim and Jamie, polite, thoughtful and extremely hardworking, they brought ideas to the table that enhanced my original design. The budget was kept in hand with regular updates on process and the end result is a beautiful home. I have no hesitation in recommending Sparkes Richardson for any building project.
