The job was to create a open plan living/dining/kitchen space, fit roof lanterns and 6m wide Bi-fold doors, job finished in 9 weeks. Highly recommend Keith, Mark, Kev and Geoff and have already shared their details with friends. Quality of finish is great, lots of good suggestions and ideas, finished roughly on time even though we added a few “extra’s” along the way. Budget was reasonably well controlled but with all builds it’s always prudent to have a decent sized (20%) contingency fund. The lads were always happy to help and ensured we still had some level of functioning kitchen, the back of the house was always left secure and clean. Some of the basics like, being on time, arriving when they say they would were 100% (and you can’t say that about all builders) Choosing the right builder can be a nightmare as we found to our detriment 15 years ago, however having done my own research, talked with previous customers I felt reasonably sure Keith and the team at Ashwater were right for us - I was proved absolutely right and we’ll never use anyone else! Thanks to Keith and the team we have an amazing living space that we love and is the envy of friends and family!

Following the initial visit Keith followed up with a well thought through comprehensive detailed run down of everything needed and the prices. He was always quick to come back to us whenever we had any questions. Keith and his team were on time everyday. Having workmen in your home is never easy, but we always felt comfortable and they were considerate given we were working from home during the build. We had a small playroom built downstairs at the front of the house. An extension to the side for a utility and Re-fits for the bathroom and en-suite. All the work was done to a high standard. They engaged constructively with us throughout. They were happy to offer solutions when we weren’t sure how to proceed. All in all I would say I couldn’t fault Keith and his team at all. Thank you for all the hard work and keeping us smiling all the way through. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

We approached Ashwater Construction to undertake a single storey ground floor renovation at our home. We had met a few firms but Keith stood out from day 1 and came up with some great suggestions regarding our project. During the whole job nothing was too much trouble, if we wanted something done, even if it was a challenge he would make sure it would happen. Keith, Mark, Kevin and the rest of the team were great lads, turned up every morning with a big smile on their faces and felt like they became part of the family. They made sure every night they left the house clean and tidy and made us a makeshift kitchen so we were able to stay there right through the building work. We couldn’t believe how much they got done in a day, the whole job was done in a really quick time, it was exciting coming home each night to see what they had done and they always made time to have a chat with us about what they had done and what they had planned for the next day so we always knew what to expect. What we really liked was their friendliness, and banter, asking our children about school, just genuine, hardworking nice fellas. The finished job is amazing, literally exceeded our expectations We would 100% recommend Ashwater.

Keith, Mark, Kev and the team are top quality professionals. Our bathroom and office renovation was done to a very high standard on time. Always good with communication, plenty of advices on where and what appliances and materials to buy (we chose to do this ourselves) to get the most cost effective items. We have asked them to come back to do more renovation work for us already! Highly recommended if you are looking for a high quality finish.

Ashwater have recently completed our single storey rear extension and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! We had a number of quotes from different builders but whilst Ashwater weren’t the cheapest they were the most helpful, most keen to do the work and had recently completed a very similar extension. The work was completed to a really high standard in just 8 weeks. Keith, Kevin and Mark worked really hard and a big plus for me was that there was somebody working every day and you could see a big difference every night when getting in from work! One worry was keeping the neighbours happy during the work but both sets of neighbours commented that the guys were really good and kept them in the loop with what was happening. We lived in the house during the works and they tidied up really well each night which was a relief with a 20month old running around. They even managed to keep our kitchen going throughout the works (although it was a bit rough and ready!) Highly recommended!

Keith @ Ashwater Construction gave me faith in builders again, he was great from start to finish by organizing his architect and submitting plans and drawings to planning and building control, the finished job is FANTASTIC to say the least and the work force where fantastic and polite, Keith was Very knowledgeable in his expertise as he has 35 Years of experience in all aspects of the Building trade like his brothers and Farther he told me , here was nothing too much trouble for him, even if any thing cropped up with building control Keith would convey with Building officer and all would be ok, keeping me informed every step of the way, If you are going to hire some one get this man hes Fantastic at his work. We've been disappointed with some tradesmen over the years so we were apprehensive about starting such a big project but we were so lucky to be recommended Ashwater. Keith, Kevin and Mark were punctual, reliable, polite, hard-working and honest. The additional tradesmen were the same. Our neighbours were also happy so there were no problems there.Our extension was finished on time and we used Ashwater at literally every stage from planning to finish which reduced our stress as we didn't have to do anything. We were given lots of sound advice which helped our new extended kitchen look so great and everyone who visits is very impressed. Ashwater has continued to do other much needed work on the house-gutters, extensive paving, internal renovations and like the kitchen all has been completed to a very high standard. We would highly recommend Ashwater.

Did a good job repairing the damage done by another bunch of cowboys from Stalybridge called Stawberry Construction Ltd to my stepsisters house in Alderly Edge about 18 month. What a bunch of muppets they were, stay clear! And rated people website can't be trusted. These guys were much better, very professional and an EXCELLENT standard of work. Occasionally got the impression they had too many jobs on at once, hence only 4 instead of 5 stars.....but then good builders would have.

When the new kitchen gets fitted, from planning, drawing to fitting were all done professionally. They are very easy to talk to, even my last minute changes have been done My home has a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, all of which are used by Ashwater Construction. This company is really good, offering everything from drawing a structure to applying for a license to completion. It took 3 months for the project to be completed. The workers started working on time every day, and they were very serious. The tools were collected and the room was cleaned before going every night. The boss and the workers are very good at all. I feel free to ask questions at any time. My drawings have been changed many times and there is no problem. The boss also helps to give suggestions. After the kitchen was repaired, the cabinets and equipment inside were also requested by them. The overall design was very satisfactory and the workmanship was very fine.
