Despite a short delay in delivery, Formby Door Company did their very best to ensure that I had my doors installed as soon as they could. S J Hartley Joinery did an amazing job. They were so tidy and careful to ensure no damage to the wallpaper, bricks etc. My hall looks so much bigger and brighter. Superb! Our experience of Formby Doors and in particular Iain & Nicky has been just that! Formby Doors came highly recommended to us, so we knew they would be good, from the moment we made contact we found them accommodating and totally reassuring. Nothing was a problem, from appointment to measure to delivery and installation, they kept us regularly informed as our purchase progressed. Highlights for us were the excellent proactive & diligent approaches, always accessible in taking and returning calls and best of all-knowing they were doing everything to assist in a timely matter, even when it wasn't great news, we were updated promptly and without chasing. If you are reading this review before choosing a door company (something I wish we had done) don't hesitate to choose Formby Doors as there is no hard sell, no overpromises, just great service and a team with a wealth of experience which is priceless these days. First place we would always go if need new doors, Ian and Nicky were fab, matched our existing doors and handles perfect. Ian came and measured house and our doors were fitted by Mike who never stopped all day absolute star helping us out with existing doors as we had new carpets fitted and our doors needed trimming. Formby Door Company offer a vast selection of doors to meet all tastes, for both interior and exterior purposes. The team offer a friendly and professional service and provide digital images with quotes which was great, as we could see what the doors would look like before we ordered. The communication was great throughout and I would highly recommend this company. Absolutely delighted with my new internal and external doors, everyone comments how nice they are!!!

Searched everywhere for internal doors to fit our Victorian house to no avail. We called in to Formby doors on spec to be greeted by a lovely lady who talked through some options with us and arranged for someone to come out and measure up. We now have the most beautiful bespoke perfect fitting oak doors! Can’t thank these guys enough, well worth the wait!

Have used Formby Door twice. First time was for supply & fit of 3 oak doors downstairs. We were so pleased with the service that we ordered a further 4 doors to match for upstairs. Formby Doors were really helpful when we needed a number of internal doors sourcing and supplying for our builders. Iain and Nicky showed us all the different types and styles and then found a supplier that was able to supply the different sizes that we needed for a very competitive price.
