Very thorough cleaning out of all the old insulation material along with various bits and pieces from the loft space. I recently moved house which had a pretty shabby loft, insulated with old off-cuts of carpet and still full of junk that the previous owners left behind. I was overwhelmed by the task at hand. My aim was to have the loft cleared, insulated and boarded along with the installation of a ladder and new hatch. However, I could only find trades who would do part of the job….until I called Liverpool Loft Ladders. They came out to look at my requirement within a couple of days and were able to get the entire project completed a week later, working over the bank holiday weekend to fit in with my job which involves shifts. The workmanship was first class and the team were clean, tidy and respectful. I would highly recommend them and would be happy to give a reference and/or provide photographs of their work.

Carl installed a new loft hatch and aluminium pull down ladder for me today, along with wiring up lighting in the loft. Very pleased with it. Feels very safe and easy to use. This is the 2nd time we have used Liverpool Loft Ladders to board out our loft and fit a new Hatch and ladder in 2 seperate houses. Arranged for my loft ladders to be done through this company, polite telephone manners, rang up 30mins before he came to the property, professional and courteous throughout the process of installing ladders finished off with a show and tell, perfect!
