Paul did a great job on the repair to my roof replacing broken slates to both the front and rear of the roof - it looks really good now - I would use him anytime and have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone.

Paul was recommended to me around 10 years ago. Whenever I've had issues whether it be replacing ridge tiles, replacing slates, fixing a leaking velux or cleaning gutters, the work has always been carried out quickly and professionally without any s. Paul will take pics before and after and the one time the leak wasn't fixed he returned and sorted without any hassle. Have recently used his services again had downpipes fitted along the roof front and back, 34 slates replaced, gutters cleaned, 2 sills replaced and the lead redressed all for a brilliant price. Have recommended him to many neighbours and will continue to use him.

Very pleased with my roof repair by Paul and the team on a 3 storey Victorian house, everything was made easy and simple from start to finish. The repairs consisted of replacing loose and damaged slates, refit lead flashings to chimneys as well as cleaning out the joint lead valley. The work was completed to a brilliant standard and that has filled me with confidence going into the winter months. I was also very impressed with the professionalism from Maintence Free from call out, quotation and repair work everything was easy and simple to arrange. If you're reading this looking for a recommendation, this is it! Paul from Maintenance Free Roofing was absolutely fantastic. He's incredibly knowledgeable, happy to offer advice and talk you through it all. Of course talk is only half of it, but to say I'm pleased with the end result would be an understatement. The roof looks amazing! After it being in place for several months now, bearing the brunt of several impressive storms, remains completely intact and watertight. If any part of your home should be maintenance free, I highly recommend it be the roof.

It's always a daunting prospect getting building work done and finding the right contractor, but I shouldn't have worried. I required a full roof replacement and Paul quickly assessed the job and provided me a very competitive quote and, without prompting, also offered a discount in return for taking away my old slate tiles - which no other company offered. Paul's team organised and managed everything from start to finish and also arranged a skip and scaffolding. The quality of workmanship is second to none and Paul's team of Martin, Russ, John, Ste and Dale really take pride in their work and are also a great bunch of lads. Just had a leak repaired in the roof and feel that they did a very thorough job, explaining what fix they would do and also doing a few extra maintenance jobs while they were up there like clearing the gutters which I really appreciated. Dale and the team were professional and friendly and I'll most likely go with them again with more work I've got planned in the future. The 12 month guarantee is reassuring and I was relieved they could use a cherry picker for the repair as another company was insisting on scaffolding. Very happy to recommend.

Paul and his team repaired 4 leaking velux windows for us and did some work on our guttering. Whilst completing the job for us they noticed some lead that needed securing so kindly did that for us too. The cost was very reasonable and I was told to get back in touch if we have any problems.
