Bruce and Colin converted a utility room into a bathroom for us. They turned up when they said they would, communicated with us and completed on time. The lads working on site were great and the build quality excellent. No building project is cheap but we got great quality and we are very satisfied with this local team.

Colin and his team at Built It helped with multiple tasks when I moved into my house which was outdated and in need of some TLC. The main job in which they were brought in for was removing the old 60’s, single panel glazing and replacing with modern, efficient double glazing. They done a fantastic job, kept the my property tidy, were very pleasant and communicated well throughout. Already planning on using them and would highly recommend.

We recently had an extensive refurbishment of a flat carried out by Build It. The end result was a total transformation expertly carried out to a very high standard. Any snags that occurred (and they always do!) were quickly rectified. Colin and his team were friendly, helpful and very professional from start to finish and the end result was a flat which has drawn compliments from all who have seen it. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody undertaking this type of project

Build it recently completed work on our house. This involved extending the full back of the house, installing triple glazing, new doors, fitting a new kitchen, wc and landscaping the back garden. We were looking for quite a lot of bespoke items as part of the work and build it were able to deliver and fit all of these for us. The work took 6 months and it was stressful at points, as I’m sure these things always are. However, Colin and his team listened to what we were asking and always looked to deliver as we wanted. We could not be happier with the end product, they have definitely delivered the vision we had which has transformed our home. Colin stuck through the project to completion, even when we had some challenges. The team were always friendly and helpful. I would definitely use Build it for future work should we need any, and we have already recommended them to others we know.

Our extension comprising of new kitchen, utility room, toilet and bedroom with en suite was completed well and we are very Happy with it. The builders were here every day and were all lovely people (especially Danny). Any snagging was done with no hassle. I have given this review as its so refreshing to have workmen turn up when they say they will and get on with the job in hand. Thank you Build It. 😄

Really wish could give a higher rating because I think his intentions are good and he was keen to always stop and chat about anything and everything with me, but the work just isn't the standard you'd expect for the amount you pay. Maybe if it's a wee job Build It would be great, but for me there were a lot of things just not done as I'd hoped.... possibly just different standards. Not bad though, just not as fab as I'd hoped. Just as a wee update to the owner I'm not going to put my last name on a review cos this is public. Have phoned and emailed several times but had no answer.

Once the planning was done and while away on holiday Colin and the team replaced my old bathroom with a new suite and a beautiful walk in shower. All expertly tiled top to toe . They done an excellent job completing on time to my complete satisfaction. Would highly recommend this firm

Really happy with our extension; it has given us functionality we never had before! Build it became part of the family during the build and have always treated us with the utmost respect. Any snags were quickly and efficiently rectified - issues you would normally anticipate with any build. I have consequently recommended their services to friends and neighbours. The build involved a groundfloor remodel and additional kitchen, utility room and granny flat bedroom with on-suite extension.

Cannot fault this team of guys! Have called upon “Build it” on a few occasions & never ever been disappointed. My business premises needed an external facelift to say the least & boy did they deliver the goods. Used to have a revolting marble green mottled facade with a brown single glazed window & door with a horrific 1970’s offensive looking handle, now it’s got an externally grey upvc window & full glass panel door with wood cladding which goes perfect with the stone building backdrop. They made me a new internal sill. All done & dusted in a day & a half. Perfect. Wasn’t long in the planning either. From the idea of the renovation to delivery was a matter of a couple of weeks due to the size & making of the large window. Secondly was to fit a new window at my residence to replace a picture window that had been shattered. Window was measured, ordered & the work was carried out speedily & without any inconvenience to myself. Highly recommend without a second thought! Cheers guys!

Excellent service to create a new wet room at short notice as well as other alterations to make the house secure that enabled an elederly lady, suffering from dementia, to return home from hospital and not be put into a care home. Nearly one year on she is still at home and ejoying her customised facilities.
