30 Day Extensions deliver the goods. As their name suggests, they finished the structural build of our side return extension in under 30 days (they actually did it in 25 days!). The speed at which they work is incredible. I had Taras as the team leader for my project and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough if you are planning on doing an extension/house remodel in central London. Taras is the type of man that finds solutions to problems and will get the project done on time and within budget. We all know that when doing a project like this unforeseen circumstances will pop up, but Taras was always on hand to find a creative solution and keep the costs down as much as possible while doing so. This was my first time doing a project on this scale and I was on a tight budget. I had planned to come in about 10% over budget for unforeseen issues and we landed bang smack on that number. I was apprehensive at first about working with 30Day extensions because their quote was so much lower than the competition but they were true to their word and the quality of work was excellent. I have friends who have done similar projects who have paid a lot more and their houses didn't look as good as mine when finished. You will have to project manage a fair amount of the build, and there is quite a lot of things that you will have to order and make sure arrives in time yourself (flooring/windows/doors/kitchen/bathroom/paint/parts etc.) - as a first time PM on a build, some of this took me by surprise, but this may be common regardless of who you work with - but Taras and his team were helpful and accommodating when I found myself stuck on some of these elements. With the second finish of the project, there were a few minor things that weren’t done to the standard I had come to expect from this company but Peter (the owner) and Taras made sure all of those issues were addressed during the snagging (included in the original quote and price of the project) and we were left with the exact end result we wanted. In conclusion – I would not hesitate to recommend 30 Day Extensions if you are about to embark on your own extension project. They brought my vision to life and I am extremely happy with the final result. *disclaimer - in the photos, the decking I did myself, everything else you see if work done by 30 Day Extensions

We opted to go with 30 Day based a bit on the competitive price they gave but mainly on confidence the team gave us (in particular Taras) during the tendering process. They lived up to their word and more. There are two words that have come to define how we talk about working with the 30 Day team - Hard graft. From the first day they came on site to the last day they handed over the keys, their work ethic was immense. But not just that. The quality of the work as well as they professionalism were exceptional. Being newbies to the world of building extensions, they were very helpful in scenarios where we didn’t know what we wanted as well as being responsive when we changed our minds on other areas. Underpinning all of this was working with Sue (30 Day office co-ordination) who keep everything ticking along (bills, invoices, etc). All in all, I’d highly recommend the 30 Day team. (We’re going to get them back in when we’re ready to do our loft)

I could not recommend the 30 day team higher. I am absolutely thrilled with the side return extension project they completed. The team are efficient, resourceful, always available, flexible and very knowledgeable. I had some concerns initially about the project, but they put me at ease straight away and were always on hand with any queries I had. Highly recommend - true to their work, they were quick and quality. We are delighted with our kitchen extension, and the ground floor had new tile and parquet flooring (with underfloor heating) installed through to a refurbished bathroom as well. Only delay was our late ordering of windows, which they accommodated so well and flexibly. Very minimal snagging. The team were efficient and unobtrusive (important while working from home during lockdown and doing building works). Took the time to ask questions of us and make minor adjustments as needed. We will call on them again in the future!

30-day completed a side-return extension and kitchen fit-out in my mid-terrace house on time and within budget. The shell construction was very skillfully completed, quickly and well organised. The later kitchen installation including flooring, decorating and tiling was very expertly done. 18 months later the whole project looks great with no signs of any problems with the roof, external wall or the new floor. House Extension Wandsworth led by Peter supported me in undertaking a 2 bedroom, 1 roof terrace loft extension. All I can say is exceptionally positive messages for him and his team, they delivered on time, were competitive on price and flexible when changes arose throughout. The team led by his project manager Taras were always punctual and had an eye for detail, which always meant that finish was to a top quality standard. I have done numerous developments previously, however going forwards I will not be using another company, as I honestly haven’t had another team who’ve come close. For this particular job I originally only had them scheduled to complete the 1st fix, however in the end I had them do the 2nd fix, whilst also helping to build built-in wardrobes and bookcases, all of which look as though they’ve been there for years. The house now looks amazing and i would not hesitate to recommend Peter, given I work with people who are always there to answer questions and don’t shy away from a challenge. Note: I did significant research against a number of companies, however Peter came in with not just a fair price, but was transparent around what was included.

I worked with Peter and his team during the lockdown period and he manged to complete the job ahead of schedule and found some savings during the works. This is in contrast to other trades letting me down and increasing costs beyond initial agreements. The quality and speed of Peter and his team is incredible. Every aspect of the project was perfect with excellent communication throughout. Even the neighbours were impressed and this is usually the hardest stakeholder to manage through a build project. A seriously good team and one I would be happy to recommend to anyone. I look forward to working with Peter and his team on future projects.

Building a garden office. If you looked up the definition of getting on with the job it wouldn't surprise me if you saw a picture of Peter, Taras and their team. Nothing was too much trouble, they're very professional, polite, tidy and incredibly hard working. The office came in under budget and ahead of schedule (and the 30 days!), it was also a much better finish than I was anticipating too. I was kept fully informed throughout the project and given weekly accounts by Sue to ensure that everything was on track. I would have no hesitation in recommending 30 day extensions and would gladly use them again.

The process from initial meeting and quotation, through to construction was efficient and clear throughout. We have just finished a large ground floor extension and are very pleased and grateful for the work of 30 Day Extensions. The place looks amazing. At the start, we were nervous about which contractor to choose. We had not done an extension before and were doing everything remotely so could not meet Peter or his site manager, Dimitri. Both Peter and Dimitri took the time to talk through the project, understand the drawings and suggested potential options to maximise our budget. As work began, Dimitri took the time to share photos and videos of the construction phase. We eventually moved back into the house and Dimitri and his team were hard working, friendly and incredibly considerate to our young children. As others have commented, there is a good balance between Peter, who owns the company and irons out any issues that arise, Dimitri the site manager and Sue the office manager. All work incredibly well together and are set up to ensure that they can complete the project on time, on budget and to the highest standard. House Extensions Wandsworth undertook a rear extension and loft conversion along with a complete refurbishment of our house and we were very happy with the experience. With a young family we needed to move out of the house while the work was being done so it was important that the project was done in as short a time as possible to limit our rental payments. HEW delivered the scheme two months faster than any other firms were able to commit to. They were also competitive on cost. We were particularly impressed by the capacity of the firm to resource the job. When something unexpected came up which needed a specialist trade at short notice they always came to site within hours rather than days enabling the work to progress without delay. We appointed 30 Day Extensions for a very large remodel - 2 side extensions and a loft conversion - whole house was gutted, new electrics and plumbing. We were incredibly impressed with how hard they work and how they truly keep to their promise of speed without compromising quality. The builders on site everyday were suprisingly punctual, hard working, friendly, considerate and professional. They did a great job of accomodating us as we lived in throughout the remodel with 3kids! No easy feat! We really appreciated the communication, the back office that supported all the budget/finances/payments, the project manager Taras who is very experienced and knowledgeable and great at managing his team and keeping to timelines. The project wasnt without its suprises and difficulties but the team worked hard to eventually find solutions and resolutions. Loft Extension and Side Return. We were up against time due my wife being very pregnant. Decided to go ahead with 30 Day Extensions based on recommendation from RESI Architects. Job was conducted by the team with precision and finished early. Very happy with quality and support throughout the process. Team was adept to putting out on the fly decisions into action. Support during Covid was fantastic and managed to get the job done! Coordination, accounting, Project management were excellent. Loft and Side return built on time - worked well with other vendors such as our carpenter, Harvey Jones Kitchens and we used our own decorator (existing relationship). Free bifold Doors was a great bonus.

Our project started at the same time as that of my neighbour, and I have been extremely glad that I followed their lead in choosing House Extension Wandsworth for our project. The project comprised extending an existing loft space to form a new bedroom , structural work for a new sun lounge at ground floor level, and modified drainage relating to my neighbours extension. The project was carried out while we remained in occupation, with the Wandsworth Team ensuring disturbance was kept to a minimum. Wandsworth were proactive from the outset, helping us confirm project scope and budget and managing the process from start to finish through building control procedures with all our requirements met and any problems quickly resolved to our complete satisfaction without delaying completion. Ground floor, one room extension - Colliers Wood Extension Peter from Wandsworth Extensions was one of four builders who quote for our work. He understood our budget limitations and did everything he could to keep costs to a minimum. My Girlfriend by this point was 7 ½ months pregnant so we were obviously a bit concerned that the work would not be finished in time. Peter estimated that it would take 4 weeks and despite some unavoidable complications with the foundations they delivered on time and pretty much on budget. The building team and Taras were outstanding. They worked 12 hours a day some days to get the work done and were so polite and respectful. Even where we had to change the spec slightly Peter was able to include this in the original budget and even where I had not bought quite the right materials (up stands for the skylights for example) they worked round this with minimal fuss. We are so happy with the result and baby is now happy in our newly extended home.

Would highly recommend 30day extensions to anyone looking to do a loft conversion. They started within a week of us receiving planning permission, and completed the whole project within 6 weeks (including a large amount of decorating not included in the original 30 day quote). They were the cheapest quote we received, and they came in bang on budget. We only had one issue, which was lead times on some bespoke windows. They hadn’t arrived by the time they completed all other works, so they boarded up the windows securely and then came back three weeks later to fit the windows once available - and finished off other snags at the same time. For those considering works my summary would be... PROS: on time, on budget, super friendly team, high quality finish CONS: some fiddly accounting (to ensure the work stays as cheap as possible while still in legal VAT rules), and you need to plan ahead (we hadn’t picked out bathroom far enough in advance and had to pick within a few days to keep the project on schedule!)

I would thoroughly recommend Peter, Taras and the House Extension Wandsworth team. Our project was a side return and rear extension of a mid terraced house with no rear access and the whole process dealing with Peter and Taras couldn’t have been easier. We really were water tight within a month! The speed at which the team got the first fix together was remarkable, particularly given that all steels and materials had to come in through the house, and all spoil and rubble out again. I hate to think how many trips through the house the guys must have had to do, laden with bricks and rubble. The team of guys were brilliant- polite, conscientious and helpful. Taras is great - knows his stuff and has a can do attitude. You feel that any hurdle is manageable. Finally, having Peter and the team to liaise with in the background is great, even just to bounce ideas off and get advice. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Peter's team replaced a rather falling down conservatory, with a nice new extension. They also put in some king-sized meccano to open up the house a bit. Cost increases, and delays: The 30 day extension concept is great, we went over this for 2x reasons: - The Building control made us have bigger foundations (no moans from the team, they just got on with digging half way to Australia!) - The doors were delayed, and so they built us a very nice patio while we were waiting Otherwise 100% on time and budget! I used to enjoy the end of the conversations with Taras, they always ended "OK no problem" Tidy and considerate. I would recommend them to friends, and would use them again..
