We had a 10 x 5 meter extension done at the rear of our property, including a new driveway and some garden work. The entire work was completed many months ago by Amvico. We waited so that I may give a fair review on our overall experience and the quality of craftsmanship achieved. Delighted to say that we haven’t had issues at all to date with any of the work amvico did for us. The finishing was spot on. Amvico wasn’t the cheapest quote we got but we are glad we went with them because they dealt with the extension and project in a very professional manner. The work was finished on time as per our agreement, and there were no other charges or nasty surprises. I’m absolutely confident in recommending this builder to all that require similar services.

I would like to just share my experience with this builder so that all others that are considering employing them can have an insight to what the process is like and how the company performs. Please note this is only based on my opinion and own experience of course. We had a fair amount of work done to our home over a period of two months. We began our project journey by calling several builders to visit our North London home and discuss options with us, already having drawn our plans ourselves and hiring a architect to finalise them. The toughest part of the project was filtering through 5 builders that we got quotes from. We were looking for a reliable builder that had good history and would stick to our budget the best they could. The more we investigated the potential builders the quicker we eliminated a lot of them from our list. Amvico stood out form the start. They booked to come in quickly, they were very professional and polite, they were not late, the company had fantastic reviews on YouTube, the team were smartly presented with well branded attire that portrayed professional workmanship. Not to mention the quality of work their past clients referenced was beautifully done. The final factor was the price, they came in third cheapest to my surprise as I thought they’d be the most expensive during our preliminary quoting period. The quote was clear with a straightforward two part payment plan “ and there were no nasty surprises or increases to what we paid at any point. The work we had done by Amvico: 1. A rear extension of 8 x 8 meters. 2. The extension extended our kitchen, added a toilet and wash room, they done the electrics, plumbing, flooring and decorating. They also fitted the toilet and kitchen but we supplied the materials. 3. Put in a new rear and side patio in stone for us which covered an area of to 160 meters squared. 4. Built wooden seating areas, a fire pit, and a brick bbq in the back with night lighting all around the area and patio. 5. They fitted 50 meters squared of artifice grass, alongside 30 meters squared of composite decking. Overall we are very happy with their hard work and how they managed to perform and keep to a strict pre-Christmas deadline. The men on the job were fabulous characters led by a clear speaking and thoughtful team-leader. There were up to 10 men at a time on the job, who arrived at 8am on the dot and left at 4pm. I couldn’t recommend this builder enough for all the areas of expertise they demonstrated on my project that I’ve outlined above. The quality of work surpasses the coin I invested. We have already got friends booked in with them to do some work. We will continue to reference for them and have them back in the future when we need any more done. Thank you once again to all of you at Amvico who worked with us and I apologise for not referencing all of you by name. The Amvico team that worked at my property were trusting, extremely flexible and cared a lot about the work they were doing. I've had a good experience in dealing with them. I had the whole of the front of my home block-paved and some walls put up with a gate. My rear garden was levelled, new fences, pillars, stone paving, some plant sections created with features and decking put down. Did some work to my kitchen and the flooring. Excellent tradesman. We are very pleased with the extension you did for us that was competed a few weeks ago. This builder was very easy to communicate with throughout the extension work they did for me. The boys worked extremely hard and didn’t slack when we went on holiday as I often checked our cctv (sorry for spying ). You kept to our architects plans with absolute precision. Martin, the team leader went through everything several times before the work started which was a great deal of help. You did well to keep within the original quoted cost analysis. For anyone that needs the same done we highly recommend this builder. Our extension was 2 storeys. Very happy overall.

Amvico has a talented team. I was present throughout the work they did in the front of my house . We had works done last year which turned out to be a disaster. One wall fell and our driveway sank. Amvico redid the entire thing at a bargain price for me. They built a custom electric gate and lifted all the old paving, replaced the base and continued to keep me involved each step of the way. They also fitted in a new small toilet for me on the first floor of my home. My entire experience from start to finish with Amvico has been a breath of fresh air after dealing with many cowboys in the past. You can't go wrong with Amvico.

Got to say I’m very pleased with this builder. I’ve had to deal with my fair share of tools in this industry and Amvico outdid themselves. They have done a few jobs for us over the years and I’ve finally had a moment to sit down and give them the review they deserve. Here it goes. We’ve had a full loft conversion at one of our properties, a rear extension on another, large garden and landscaping work, three of our driveways, and various internal works for a few other properties we own. Amvico has been our main builder for the last two years. 1. They don’t deceive or make up figures. I had the pleasure to talk to the director and he was a straight up chap. We always paid what we had to for the quality we asked for and never any silly extras on the job that seem to miraculously “crop up” with other builders. 2. The quality was exactly what’s promised. 5 stars is what their team achieved each time for us. 3. Excellent workmanship. Unbelievable results for the timeframe spent on projects. At first we thought they were being unrealistic on the project timescales. They’ve proved us wrong each and every time. The work was done efficiently, to a high standard and fast. The labourers were extremely productive and my family had to remind them to stop for lunch multiple times. These guys were not lazy in any way and seem to overwork to achieve the quality they promise. 4. They always went the extra mile in whatever they’ve done for us. Your labourers have done extra bits here and there for us that other builders in the past would have charged us thousands for. The workers showed a lot of care at each of our properties and always left the place tidy and safe. We were very impressed overall with the organisation of the days in which work flowed well without excuses no matter the weather conditions. There was always a plan b and Amvico were on top of everything without any hassle or unnecessary excuses or delays being made. I could go on and on. Thank you once again for all your hard work and relatability Amvico. We look forward in working with you again in a few months.

Very professional company. Price they quoted was fair form the start and they kept within my budget. A lot of builders from the past have tried to pull one over me but Amvico was transparent and honest. My house extension was done two weeks before schedule. The fancy lighting and extra touches in the final design which didn’t affect the costs were a kind extra touch the builders did for me. I recommend Amvico as a builder, they do what they say and don’t give you any problems.

I renovated an existing business.There was extensive amount of work done to the interior of the restaurant , such as: complete new walls on all sides, ceiling, flooring, electrics, painting, decorating and some furnishing of the bar area / seating and arrangements.
