The 5⭐️ reviews are well deserved. The owner Saj is endlessly patient and concentrates in getting it right, not making a fast buck. He is also very well informed and experienced and has a phenomenal memory, remembering details of my installation after several years’ gap. The installer is equally good, takes his time and goes to great lengths to make everything attractive and neat. They’ve continued with after sales advice and service at no extra cost, including sending the installer round again to sort out a problem of my own making years after purchase.

This is the place to go if you love music and want to talk to someone who can get you to the sort of sound you like. I got NO hard sell or attempts to upgrade everything; what I did get was a patient approach based on understanding what might give me what I was looking for. I've had the same hi-fi set up for many years - Linn deck, Naim amp/preamp and CD player and Royd speakers. Saj was very clear that the only thing to consider upgrading now were the speakers - I actually suggested a new CD player and he said mine was already very good and upgrading that would not give me enough upgrade in quality for my budget whereas there were three options for speakers that he felt would really make a difference. After a bit of discussion Saj suggested I take two pairs of speakers home as they were most likely to suit my room, system and musical tastes - "listen to them over the weekend, enjoy them and then decide if you want to buy them". Of the two pairs, I chose the PMC 2023 and my whole family loves the sound we now get - you might prefer something else but AV will guide you there. (Price was comparable to others by the way)
