Excellent residential development with sympathetic renovation of historic buildings. Developer supported the GATEway driverless vehicle project by permitting driverless deliveries to residents for a two week period in June 2017. Very innovative!

Berkeley Homes in Woolwich is overall an outstanding place. This is going to be the new South Bank and a place where people will increasingly want to live. If (when?) Crossrail gets going, it will be just 9 minutes to Canary Wharf, fully 5 miles away at present. Just 18 minutes to Tottenham Court Road and 22 to Bond Street. All of London will be accessible from a new station on your doorstep. Add to that sensational views of the river and reasonable prices compared to other Berkeley Homes and it is an unbeatable value proposition.

I am blown away by this place. They have created an amazing place at a site which use to be barren. It is beautiful, gardens, historic buildings, wide roads like a riverside town in USA somwhere.

Everything looks nice but works badly. Systems and processes seem to have been designed by aliens with no idea how human beings work - its not the service you want in a luxury apartment
