The whole project for our loft extension was conducted by Central lofts with professionalism and courtesy. There were some delays but for genuine logistical reasons and these were then compensated for by the brilliant end result. The high standards of craftsmanship and workmanship resulted in us having a very attractive loft apartment. Central Lofts are highly recommendable.

We were recommended Central Lofts by an acquaintance and we are so glad we took the advice. Very professional, great work and highly efficient. Our attic conversion project was perfectly executed and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Two thumbs up! We met David in Nov 2020 when he initiated the whole process. David was thorough in explaining to us the various aspects of loft conversion and made us comfortable with the planning process, approvals needed, drawings and the kind of budget we should look at. It was a side hip to gable and rear dormer to include a master bedroom and a shower room. At the pre-commencement meeting the timelines and the stages were very well explained by Renatas who was our projects manager. Execution started in the 2nd week of March 2021. Renatas and his team were very professional and tried to stick to the timeframes all throughout. Considering covid affecting everything there were few delays but we were always kept informed and our expectations were well managed. Overall very happy with the conversion and the way the project was managed. - Central Lofts was one stop shop to get the design drawings, approvals and the final inspection done - Highly skilled and experienced team of professionals - Accommodating with requests as the project progressed - Paperwork was done professionally along with the final completion certificates Thanks again to Central Lofts teams and we would certainly recommend them further!

Rear Dormer loft conversion with en-suite bathroom We met with Central Lofts’ surveyor back in October 2020, and Huw explained the process of a loft conversion in depth. He shared various layout ideas with us and drew 2 different plans directly on site, which allowed us to look at how we can use the loft space to the full potential. Once we agreed to proceed, their architect gave us detailed drawings and did all the work to submit the plans etc to the planning portal, which then meant that we had to wait for 2 months before we received planning permission to start the project. Renatas kept us updated on the progress on a regular basis once building work commenced. The builders were always open to discussing their current and upcoming work with us and involved us in the decision making as well during the conversion. They started promptly at 8am in the morning, and almost never missed a date on site, often working Saturday shifts as well. Any small changes (window size etc) were always easy to discuss with Renatas and the team. Overall we had a great experience, the end result looks as we had wished for and we now have a lot more space to use for ourselves, incl. a new ensuite shower room. The team at Central Lofts are great to work with, and we would certainly recommend them further!

Overall excellent - our loft conversion was planned and completed within the 3 months timeframe; no delays whatsoever. In fact the actual building work super quick yet good quality. Disruption to us was minimal considering the size of the project. Communication with our project manager was quick throughout the project, e-mails answered very efficiently. Overall I would have minor comments for improvements - some health and safety issues such as leaving tools lying around or occasional errors in communication with one contractor who did not speak sufficient English, but the quality of the work was excellent throughout. We have already received very positive comments from friends and family who were impressed with the new loft and we ourselves love it. Highly recommended

From the initial meeting discussing what i would like i could not be happier. Nothing seemed too much and nothing seemed impossible. For such a big project for me and my family, Central Lofts put us at ease with honest answers to all our questions and worries. David was helpful and was always available via phone to answer questions we had. Renatas who was our contracts manager was always helpful and very responsive to questions during the project. No matter what time of the day, i felt i could message him or call and ask any necessary questions we had. As for the works, from day 1 everything went smooth. All the builders for each team were pleasant, clean and very helpful in building a conversion suited to us. During the build they would ask us what would be better as any job, the initial plans may not be what is suited to us. I could not be happier. The work itself was 5 star. No corners were cut which put us at ease in trusting Central lofts. The finish product was amazing and i have zero regrets. A loft conversion is a big job to an average person, but not to central lofts. It seemed effortless although i can assure you it wasn't. I highly, highly recommend this company and will for sure be using them again. Many thanks to Central Lofts for an amazing job and sending amazing workers.

Central Lofts were professional from start to end. The quality of work was very good and they were very comprehensive, competent and punctual. When doing major works on a property for me it is important to be able to contact someone and get answers immediately, they were always very approachable, friendly and understanding of any concerns we might have had. Central Lofts recently completed my two bedroom loft conversion. I was met by their surveyor who explained about the company and how they operate which impressed me. He was very helpful and once everything was agreed and signed I received our loft drawings from their designer within 10 days. Central Lofts tradesman were great, all the guys who came and worked on our property worked so hard and quickly I was surprised how fast they worked to such a high-quality finish. The build progressed quickly, and all was completed within 7 weeks. We cannot thank all of the guys who worked on our property enough. They were very attentive, and it was all well organised by the contract’s manager. I was impressed with how quickly they responded to any questions we had, the app they use to communicate was really handy. We have just had our loft extension completed within the time frame of 8 weeks and we wanted to write this review to state how happy we are with the works and the professionalism from the first stage of quote through to the final snagging. Myself and and my husband were mostly impressed that we were asked and advised on the layout of our bedroom before the walls were put in place. We found the project manager and team leader easy to deal with and also were happy to see that the workmen respected our property by keeping it clean everyday. We found Central Lofts after months of unsuccessful searching for a reputable local builder. Despite not being local to Central lofts they were more than happy to travel. Huw had been online and already drafted a design for us to discuss prior to signing any contacts and when he visited went through every detail of the potential build. He is very knowledgeable and professional in his manner. Once we agreed to commence the build Renatas visited us and went through the design and final look we wanted. As with any building project designs some of elements of the build had to change slightly and we had extra work done which we hadn't planned on. Any issues have been resolved in a timely fashion given the current restrictions in place due to Covid. All contractors involved were highly skilled in their trades and the finished extension is exceptional. We will be going back to Central lofts for our future extension work as we cannot fault their professionalism or their work ethic.

We wanted a space just for us and asked central lofts to help, they were understanding to our needs and work started exactly the day they said it would, everyone from Huw to the boys that did the main build (very quick I may add) to the plumber and electrician did an amazing job and sorted a few things for me as well, I would recommend them as they were not the cheapest but not the dearest but the quality of work was great and up to now we have had no problems Many thanks to Renatas who I bothered daily for putting up with me lol , thanks Again Simon and Lucy BR8

We had a full loft conversion with a dormer in the rear. This started June 2020. This was just as the COVID19 pandemic was in full swing. In terms of quality of the build we are, so far, very impressed. we don't believe quality was skimped on and we were very impressed that the Project Manager who worked for London Lofts would see issues which we had noticed but not specifically mentioned and got them rectified even though in some instances this was clearly going to cost Loftplan. The quality of the various tradespersons (scaffolders, carpenters, plumber, electricians, plasterers......etc.) ranged from highly competent to exceptional. They were all very friendly, courteous and professional. It's hard to single any out as they were all so nice and good at what they do but those who did the bulk of the construction deserve special praise as does the PM "the builder". Also the Plumber and the Carpenter also deserve a particular shout out as does 2nd stage PM. Any hiccups (there will always be some with such projects) were dealt with quickly and effectively. Our payments were staggered so we paid after a particular milestone had been reached so we were never in fear that we were going to lose our money. The fact that London Lofts was doing it all meant we did not have to worry that an overrun of one bit of work would involve us having to reschedule other bits of work and potentially rack up extra costs e.g. If we had undertaken this using separate contractors and there was an overrun the scaffolders would have fairly said they need more money for the extra rental time of the scaffold. We have very high standards when it comes to customer care which rarely get met. However on this occasion they were met and what should be by all rights quite a stressful project ended up not being that stressful. We have absolutely no qualms in recommending London Lofts and wish them all the best.

Central Lofts have just finished our 2 bed + shower room loft extension on time and on budget to a very good standard. Huw (sales) and Renatas (project manager) are responsive and efficient, a good team for anyone considering a loft extension. As an additional item we also had the whole house painted internally and the standard of preparation and finish is excellent. Central Lofts work has also impressed our larger family, who are now also considering loft extensions for themselves.

Central Lofts were genuinely fantastic all the way through our project. The surveyor (Huw) helped us understand what was possible and was very patient with all our questions. The project manager (Renatas) was excellent throughout and very approachable and helpful and always responded quickly and added photos to the app regularly. There were only a few small issues, as you would expect on any project, which were really quickly resolved. Michael the site manager/Head Carpenter was a magician with the stairs and the whole team were incredibly skilled. The entire project took 8 weeks and we had a hip to gable more complicated loft . I genuinely cannot recommend them enough!

Central lofts have just finished a dormer loft conversion for us. The experience has generally been very good. Huw, the sales guy, was very helpful and had some good suggestions at the beginning. He handed over to Renatas who project managed the whole thing. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. Occasionally there was a bit of a language barrier, as not all the workers understood English, but this was quickly resolved by Renatas who was very responsive throughout whenever any questions/issues arose. All the work is now done and we're very pleased with the result!

Great team, price and service. We just moved into our new house and was interesting in getting a loft extension but was not sure if we could afford it. The priced was lower than we were expecting and work was started while we was away on holiday without any fuss. Team leader was always quick to reply to email to answer any questions we had. Renatas, Mindy and the team were very helpful through the process of converting my loft, i now have a fab master en-suite bedroom and office. the office was a bonus that i didn't know was possible until Huw came round initially to discuss what we could do. Renatas has been very patient with fitting in the tradesmen around my hectic work schedule which is very much appreciated. the loft looks fantastic and everyone who comes round to see is amazed by how much high quality space they've created. the team worked very efficiently and tidied up after themselves amazingly. thank you!

My wife and I have been keen on getting a loft extension built for the last few years. As it took a few years for me to pull together the money we had spent quite a long time looking at different loft companies. I think we probably met about eight different builders before we found central lofts. I had originally gone with a loft company from outside London but due to timings they were unable to commit to doing the project in the summer of 2019. So I asked them if they could recommend a company. The provided me with Huws number and said they recommend him. Huw arrived at our house and explained the loft project to my while I was at work. She immediately fed back to me that he was the first person who really managed to explain to her what the work would entail and how it would look once constructed. A few months later we decided to go ahead. Huw then came round again ran through the works and bought a architect for the technical drawings. The next day our project manager Renatas arrived and within two weeks work had commenced. Renats took care of the Building regulations and the skip license. I was extremely keen on a full package and basically do not have the time or inclination to get involved in the moving pieces. It was this wholistic approach which I greatly valued. Scaffolding went up in a couple of days and then our building team arrived. Pasha and his nephew who were both top guys. Its pretty crazy how quickly the loft was built. For the first 3 weeks all the work is external with steel girders being placed in the roof and tiles taken off. The dormer is then built and work inside can commence. Honestly the speed is really impressive. Loads of builders take a long time making no progress Central lofts work fast and quickly which is what I like. Once the loft is complete the stairs are constructed, this took 1 day which is crazy and you have another floor on your house. Windows are fitted along with more internal work. Its at this stage when I thought it was almost done but there was probably another month of plaster board electrics windows ect. The tiling and plumbing and electrics is next. Word of warning here running electricity from under the stairs tears through walls as everything needs to be replastered. We were planning on redecorating so it didn’t bother us, but the process creates dust everywhere, even though covers are placed everywhere. In the loft we worked and adjusted the plans as we went along to get the size of bathroom and layout we wanted. The builders were totally flexible which was great. As you don’t understand the full layout of everything until the shell is done. Finally a carpenter comes in and fixes everything doors, skirting board cupboards. Although the process Renetas and the builders were excellent. My wife was at home all day and she told me they were always polite and made her feel comfortable with them being in the house. If I was getting another loft done I would chose central lofts again. Recommend strongly! They were flexible as we changed our plans, always polite and for example came back to fix things. For example when we got tiles in the bathroom and the door would no longer fit, they were back within days to fix it.

We had really great experience with CLL from start to finish. Huw did a great job during the sales and explained really well how our loft conversion will look (double bedroom and bathroom). What we found extremely useful was a clear overview and expert advice on the whole process and all the prerequisites needed for a smooth running of the project. Huw was really helpful and I felt he really focused on our needs as customers. Renatas and the building team did a fantastic job in making it all a reality and we absolutely love new space they’ve created for us! The work was really well coordinated, done to a high standard and ahead of the agreed schedule, all of which was very important to us. We felt CLL really listened and understood our requirements. Guys were always on time and cleaned up after themselves each day. They were very polite, courteous and worked extremely hard to get the job done. Even our neighbours complemented on how efficient, hard working and noise minimal the team were! We are extremely pleased with our new space and would definitely recommend CLL to anyone.
