J. C.Nick and Dimitri completed the work on my house with care, precision and professionalism. Nick did the bulk of the work and was always punctual, reliable and worked all day diligently. He always tidied up at the end of the day. The standard of work was finished to a high spec and the materials used were of great quality . After asking for other areas to be fixed, this was also completed with little fuss. The cost was excellent value for money and the outcome was worth every penny. Use Dragan Building Construction with confidence and I recommend them wholly.
C. F.Best builders we have ever had. Cannot recommend enough. Nic is really thoughtful and flexible. No problem at all with any part of the job. We had a 4 metre extension which included a bathroom and building a patio. You cannot go wrong with this crew they did everything we asked. Super tidy and clean too.

R.Apart from the fact that Nick and his colleague perfectly installed an outside drainage system to connect up with our new downstairs toilet, the thing that I really loved about their service was that they came on the day they said they would; they arrived on time; they didn't suddenly disappear in the middle of the day to work on someone else's job; they worked cheerfully (even though outside drainage is heavy and dirty work); they put down dust sheets before they even started so that when they brought their tools and supplies through my house, not a footprint nor a speck of dust was left behind; they worked fast and finished before I even dreamed that they might; and they tidied up everything in my garden that related to their job before they left. I can't think of anything negative to say, which in my experience of using a number of construction companies throughout forty years of being a home-owner, is really quite extraordinary.
A friend recommended Dragan Building Construction to me, and I trust her so I went with her advice. If you've had poor experiences, as I have, of building contractors who just let you down in all sorts of ways, I recommend that you get in touch with Nick.

This includes bathrooms, bedrooms, built in wardrobes, new open plan kitchen taking out walls etc. All of this work finished to the highest standards. From beginning to end It was all done very professionally with due care to making the landscape totally compatible with its surroundings.The groundwork was done so that it would last well in to the future. He installed insulation, replastered, fitted and tiled our bathroom, replaced ceilings, replaced our back door & a window, fitted the new flooring, and exposed & repointed the living room chimney (and countless other things). He can do everything, and was very reasonably priced. The quality is great, and he’s very diligent with his work- he kept in contact with us constantly, and always consulted us before doing anything out of scope.
