E&S Building Contractors Ltd did a phenomenal job for us. They basically did a complete home renovation for us – rear extension, bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, plastering, electrical work and painting. We feel very blessed and assured to have Genti and his team working in this home because he is highly professional, attentive to small details and he always puts quality first even though we gave his team a tight project timeline. We truly appreciate that he is very client centric and taking those extra miles to make a better home for us. The builders are incredibly hardworking, helpful and polite. One thing that I notice from the site is that they would always organise the tools and materials in order and they would clean after each day. Some modifications to the original plan was carried out and Genti and his team did it without any issue. They are always helpful with something that may not been on the plan. The team knows how to build and maintain a strong and successful client relationship. Additionally, Genti would recommend professional and practical ideas on how to make it a better house in the long run, giving you options rather than suggesting things that splash your money, which is important because budget is always one of the biggest limitations in such a family house project. What great work and what quality of work. We had some light refurbishment of our ground floor rooms done, including sanding of floors, carpentry, plastering, electrical work and painting. Best quality, really professional and friendly. Small things we asked Genti and his team did with no issue. They were always ready to help with something that might not have been on the plan and cleaned after each day which was such a nice touch. We will be using this company for all our future jobs! Could not recommend more!

We feel blessed to have chosen E&S Building contractors for the renovation of our new home. The renovation included major works in the living room (layout change, new floor, underfloor heating, bespoke wooden storage room and shelves), refurbishment of two bathrooms, patio and front garden. Basically they can do whatever you ask for and they do it in a timely manner and paying attention to detail. They just don't try to get the job done but want to do it properly, so that you can be fully satisfied with the final result. Part of the works was done while we had already moved into the property but everything went really smooth. They are competent, reliable and really nice people to have around and to deal with. We will definitely use their services again in the future.

E&S has recently completed my basement and have done a fantastic job. People walk past and comment all the time and they picked up a lot of work from our place. The work completed was done to a very high standard and only once I was happy were they happy. Great builders. Always courteous and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that your project is done just as you planned it. They have done an extension and general building worktwork my house. Timeline kept as originally planned, even when some changes were added. I will definitely work with them again!
