R. G.The neighbourhood is diverse and affable. There are no rat infestations, but foxes and mice from the nearby heath do occasionally forage.
A residents' garden is well-maintained by the diligent caretaker.
There are issues with air ventilation and heat, and poor boiler/MVHU fitting and calibration, so that the building is >30deg and <20% humidity all though summer.
L&Q, the maintainer, is less diligent than reasonably expected.
