a. l.We engaged JPF Clarke last year to undertake a major project. We wanted to change the existing configuration of our flat to make better use of light and space available.
Now that the works have been completed, we are absolutely delighted, and feel that it was definitely worthwhile.
JPF Clarke worked closely alongside us all the way and understood what our final vision was. The architect whom we spoke to initially recommended them for our project. They were reliable, courteous and accommodating to our daily living needs (we were on-site during the project).
We were kept informed along the way of what was happening, and any additional costs - inevitable in a project of this nature - were explained and kept to a minimum.
The project manager Alan was onsite nearly every day and we were able to discuss the progress with him as it happened.
We were impressed particularly by the professionalism and health and safety elements as we needed two large RSJs and we felt confident that we were in safe hands – the borough surveyor who came to oversee the works at various stages was clearly familiar with JPF Clarke’s work.
Overall, I would be happy to recommend JPF Clarke for their professionalism, value for money and courtesy.

I did argue about the cost at the time and was very annoyed but the after care even two years later has been fantastic. They have helped me with various issues with Building Control and Cadent Gas. It was worth the extra cost. Cheap does not always mean good value.
