Alexander and his architect and structural engineer produced the drawings for our extension and got them through planning efficiently, dealing with some drainage modifications required by the planners very quickly. They're also sorting out a party wall agreement for us on one side. Alexander has been very helpful and accommodating of our budget needs - now looking forward to getting on with the build!

Excellent architecture services received, Lccl Construction has done a fantastic job with creating the architecture plans for our loft conversion and rear home extension project. Lccl has obtained planning permission, building control approvals, party wall agreements and structural drawings-calculations. We would highly recommend and have done so already to friends. I would have no hesitation in using Lccl Construction again. We found them helpful from start to finish with any queries or problems and calls were always returned on the same day. The workmanship was to a very high standard and the work was completed when it was supposed to. We have used their design and build services for our total house development. Having completed the loft conversion on our house Lccl Construction then moved their team to focus on the side and rear house extension. We set a fairly high end expectations for the finished product and the end result is a few steps beyond what we have hoped for.
