Loft Conversion London have been excellent from start to finish with our loft conversion. The communication from Danielle in the office has been great, James and Gerry have supervised the whole project and responded promptly to any minor snags. Dave was brilliant at starting the building work off, he was very friendly, skilled, and very respectful of our property and privacy, Dean the carpenter did a great job with matching our existing staircase and skirting boards. The roofers and plasters were all hardworking and easy to have around. The price we paid was the price we were quoted. All in all I would definitely recommend it!

Can't recommend this company enough. We were nervous about converting our loft as it is quite an investment and there is a lot that could go wrong. We were assured from the start when we met James that we would be looked after and he was not wrong. They communicated throughout and all works were carried out to an extremely high standard. We absolutely love our loft room and feel so relaxed when we are up there. What can I say about Loft Conversion London, other than they are brilliant. Loft Conversion London built a loft conversion for us between October and December 2019. We were very pleased with the end result, so much so that we used them again between January and May 2021 to build an extension. Through both projects our house has been transformed. They took care of everything from the drawings right through to the completion. The project manager was very helpful from start to finish. Loft Conversion London was one of three companies that specialize in loft conversions that we approached for ideas and quotes on developing our roof space. We wanted a store area, additional bedroom, and bathroom and we had a basic vision of how we saw the area being developed. Their architect, Paulo Ferranti, was initially heavily involved in measuring up etc. Paulo listened to our wishes carefully and drew up initial plans to which we were attracted to. This conversion was not small and lots of things needed to be considered. Importantly to us was Paulo's willingness to change the plans as our vision developed! For example, he came up with the suggestion of a Velux window looking over the valley. Something, initially, we did not think was possible. This willingness to listen and adjust plans was one of the reasons for eventually going with Loft Conversion London. Of course, another important reason was their competitive quote! After speaking to two previous customers about their loft conversions by Loft Conversion London (both very positive) we took the plunge to accept the quote for what was , to us, a major and relatively expensive development to our house. We have not been disappointed. An approximate start date was set and this was kept to. James and Gerry arrived and stayed on the job for virtually three weeks. They grafted in what turned out to be very warm weather. At times they left both wet through and exhausted! In any large change such as this, it was important to continually follow and discuss how things were going so as to ensure relevant wiring and piping were adjusted/moved where necessary. Gerry and James were always amenable to such discussions and always had the solution to any particular issue. Disruption was kept to a minimum within our house, as they gained access to the loft via a newly created hole in the roof which they closed at the end of each day. First, fix electrical work and plumbing were done. We realized, as the job proceeded, that we wanted things that we had not originally asked for! Again Paulo was happy to facilitate. For example, we wanted to increase the number of plug sockets - no problem. We decided to change a Velux window for a Velux solar tunnel. Again no problem. The storeroom was made slightly bigger which just required a stud wall to be placed in a different position. We accepted give and take with these ongoing changes. Sometimes it meant we should pay extra. At other times LCL saved us money. Amicable discussions were held and financial adjustments were made. Micheal sorted the plumbing out and overcame teething problems which one can expect with any such major conversion. Finally, we must mention Danielle, she was always at the end of the phone and was extremely efficient in tracking the development as it rolled out. She reacted to questions and always responded quickly - something that is not always in evidence when employing people. Even at the end when there was a slight hiccup with the issuing of the building regulations certificate Danielle was there investigating where the issue was. A very professional service. We can't recommend Loft Conversion London highly enough. Due to a few issues with our neighbors the work was delayed in starting and commenced when our baby was 3 weeks old. (not ideal) The team was great and did a fantastic job of minimizing the impact to us as much as they could. James and Danielle were fab, as were the rest of the guys. The work is a high standard and we wish we had done the conversion with them years ago.
