Sacha's work is top class. His attention to detail, communication and professionalism are all fantastic. We had a new kitchen, under-stair storage, and utility room refitted by him and his team, who were also all excellent and equally professional. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was finished to his very hight standards. Sacha and his team completed our rear extension in 2019, My wife and and I were extremely pleased with the way the project went. We were living in the house with our two young children at the time, Sacha ensured that the site was kept safe at all times to minimise risk and disturbance to our family. We particularly liked that Sacha clearly communicated any unforeseen issues that came up with us straight and let us know up front what the cost & time implications would be so we didn’t end up with a big surprise bill at the end the project. The quote Sacha gave us initially seemed to be higher than some of the other builders that quoted, but not the highest. Sacha is reliable and takes pride in his high level of craftsmanship so we feel that we received excellent value and considering the time spent and attention to detail given by Sacha and his team. I will without doubt be using The London Construction Company again in the future.

Sacha and his team knocked through the wall in-between my kitchen and dining room to make it one big open space. They also fitted two new velux roof windows to let in some natural light. Sacha was an absolute lifesaver for me. I purchased a 180 year old cottage and found out the week before I moved in that the whole floor and underfloor for the living room was damp and rotten! So happy with the renovation job done by the London Construction Company!! I needed to get my shops basement completely torn out and redone. I spent the good part of two weeks meeting multiple people in the trade to find the right person to get what I needed done in my shop. I finally met with Sascha of the London Construction Company. We walked through the entire job and what it entailed. He was very patient and professional during the entire process. He was also straight up with me from the get go about what could and could not be done and how long it would take. I loved the honesty which I don’t not get from the other companies. We finalized on a price which was very budget friendly and a reasonable time period. They managed to get it done for the price agreed well within the agreed time without any budget or time extension. The end job was stunning. Not one thing needed to be touched up or changed. They also cleaned the entire basement and left us with almost nothing to do. I would highly recommend the London Construction Company and Sascha is you have any small or big renovation or construction.

Complete transformation. Outstanding work. I cant praise enough the work done by Sascha and the London Construction Company. I got my store floor and basement redone by them. What i got far exceeded my expectation. The workmanship, speed, efficiency and cleanliness was fantastic. The time quoted and the cost both were not exceeded and the finish product was high end. They were also very friendly and lovely to work with. They accommodated all my small changes and nags without any fuss. Overall the smoothest experience doing any renovation i have every had. I would highly recommend them.
