G.NWL Builders did a fantastic job, providing a top notch service on my flat repairs and refurbishment after extensive water damage: assessing, making good, installing new hardwood floors, walls, skirting boards, repainting the whole flat, and completely rebuilding and remodelling my bathroom. They did a very thorough damage survey. They provided exceptionally thorough, helpful and well organised briefings and planning for the works. They followed my design specifications perfectly. They sent daily photo and video updates of progress via whatsapp, and immediately responded to all my queries and requests. They bent over backwards to troubleshoot issues and find solutions. The after-service followup was excellent: they very promptly and happily took action on all my requests for adjustments, changes and finishing touches, even up to a month later -- no questions asked. The results are a beauty to behold. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
