Guys started the job in the thick of the lockdown period and all the team were absolute professionals with getting the work done under difficult conditions. Sergiu seemed to know every trade inside out and nothing was too much trouble for him, he and his team worked very hard six days a week to get the job done. Pricing was fair, invoicing was super clear and payment was completely straightforward. The professionalism shown by Sergiu and the team in rebuilding our house was highly impressive and the attention to detail attentive. He is literally ingenious with his positivity, creatively and problem solving skills and abilities, he brought to our project a level of professionalism and competence that we have rarely encountered, bringing to life both our vision and that of our architect. A. H.Pal Lee have done an absolutely fantastic job throughout our major renovation and rebuild. We have just finished and have been highly impressed at every stage, from first receiving a clear and competitive quote through to the final detailing. The work included removing walls and inserting steels and a complete overhaul of all wiring, flooring, windows and continued through to the installing TVs and even helping me build furniture (forever grateful!).
I hired Pal Lee in my role as a designer and project manager so had to be particularly strict when it came to standards as the apartment was then for my client; I did not need to worry at any point. They often picked up on small details I had missed and their standards were above and beyond what I could have hoped for. The final result is exceptionally good and so very professional in every aspect. I felt throughout that I could pick up the phone and anything I needed done or answered was, immediately, and with a great attitude. Their way of dealing with any inevitable issues, usually us adding works, was so calm and positive.
I went through many quotes and companies for this work before choosing Pal Lee, and have been so pleased with the decision ever since. In my opinion they have excelled and I will be using them again on future works without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team for what you’ve made possible.

The whole team is great, everyone is very friendly and nothing is too much for them!
Hardest working team, I have seen so far. No sitting around doing nothing. Always start early and generally leave late.
They care of your belongings and proud of what they do! Never settled for mediocre results!
They have specialist workmen, everyone who came was specializing the 1 thing. There were no jack of all trades, and we can clearly see this in the quality of work they have done.
They are always available, and reply to emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages. Sergiu is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
Sergiu came to visit us at least once a week and we were able to discuss next steps. There is someone managing the project on site at all times, so you are never in the dark about what is happening.
