L.I wanted to especially leave a few words for james and Avi , after the amount of stress I have gone through with 2 previous builders that promised everything but delivered a fraction, when These guys took over everything started falling into place with our house extension conversion of our ealing home into 4 lovable apartments. Yes there were setbacks and everything didn’t go to the plans because of mind changes and bad weather but the residential builders that James provided kept on going until the end and made sure we were happy before paying every stage. This is mine and my husbands 6th property from auction and I can say “give BC a chance ,the finish was immaculate”

T.After taking and researching many local builders, We came across The building constructor afew months back and started our extension project in Chiswick , overall the engagement and management was professional and like every project , we did have some setbacks , overall finishing was good but delivered around 12 days late which meant that the family holiday had to be moved too, from what we’ve seen over the years “always keep a safety net of 2-4 weeks extra time taken”, you mite be setback because of weather or material shortage.

From plumbing to electrical , roofing and glazing , Avi and team took Care of everything for our 2 story wrap around extension and dormer loft project. I have been recommending them to everyone I know , they still have the loft to complete but just looking at the finishing a of the extension you can tell a professional from a cow boy apart very easily.

Pleasant guys to work with Apart from a few setbacks in timing, Final build was 10 days overdue but happy with end result. Overall I am happy I chose to go with a contractor so, didn’t have any “surprise expenses” pop up on the living room extension.
d. j.they haven't finished totally yet but used for neighbours loft conversion for Wembley house and done a great job. Looks classy with on suite, project manager was also great.
