Visionary Lofts did a brilliant job of our loft extension, along with some other building and renovation work in the rest of the house. Generally easy to deal with and communicative, with the project management service making the process so much less stressful than it could have been - but the best thing about them is the quality of the work and the care that the both the management team and all the tradesman show. I would really recommend them if you're looking for a quality job and are happy to pay slightly more for it.

I contacted the guys at Visionary Lofts after being let down by a contractor that had started stripping off my roof and stopped responding to my calls! It was a very stressful situation; however the Visionary Lofts team really saved my skin! This was my first development project so I could not afford to have the house sit empty. The sales team were able to turn around a quote within two days and managed to move their bookings around to enable works to start up again withing 2 weeks! Overall the project took 10 weeks to complete. I found the site team to be easy to deal with and they really required very little input from me to get things finished. An added plus was that I managed to find a buyer for the house during the final stages of the build, so we completed on the sale of the house just as the decorators were finishing up. I had a really positive experience with Visionary Lofts and I had wished that I had used them from the start! Top communication, super respectful and generally a friendly bunch to deal with!

We are very happy with the work provided by Visionary Lofts. They handled our loft conversion and renovated our existing bathroom. The final result is exactly what we wished for. We particularly liked how organised everything was: the careful planning, the weekly updates, the day-to-day management… That came in handy when issues arose along the way as with all building projects. We'd also like to mention that all the workers that came onto the site were very considerate and meticulous. We felt very comfortable leaving our property in their hands when we had to move out of town temporarily due to the extent of the works. There were times when we feel like the communication could have been better, but considering the ongoing challenges in building work at the moment, Visionary Lofts managed to finish all the work to a high quality. We would definitely recommend them.

JP and Kasia and their team of professionals did a wonderful job of building our loft. I was 7 months pregnant when the project started and they over-delivered on time-scale, quality, attention to detail, communication and finish. We were expecting it to be incredibly stressful and it just wasn't. And they were very understanding of my slightly over-the-top pregnant demands! We couldn't be happier with it.

We had a great experience for Visionary Lofts. They were super efficient and quality of the work was good. They were also very patient with the various design tweaks and detailing along the way! Kasia in tune with the minimal look we were after and great at explaining how we could achieve this. And her team were all friendly, very experienced and a pleasure to deal with. We entertained the architect/builder route as well as the usual loft companies in the area, but felt VL could offer a high quality result and a fair price. Kasia and JP carried out a loft conversion and kitchen reconfiguration for us earlier this year and we couldn’t be happier with their work. My wife was 6 months pregnant when the project started, so getting the project finished on time was critical. Despite experiencing the worst winter storms in 30 years in February and the start of lockdown in March, the team finished the project ahead of schedule. From when JP first came round to our flat to quote for the work we were impressed. His attention to detail and willingness to come round for a second time to talk us through the quote and answer any questions really put our mind at ease. He reassured us that the project would run smoothly and finish on time and he wasn’t wrong. As soon as the project started Kasia took over as our main point of contact and her communication was fantastic. She was on hand day and night (literally!) to answer any questions via WhatsApp and the weekly face-to-face progress meetings, where she updated us on what had happened the previous week and what was planned for the following week, were extremely helpful. Throughout the whole project we knew exactly what was going on and when it was going to happen. The builders themselves were fantastic. They were extremely courteous, friendly and tidy. They were very conscious that they were working in our home and did everything they could to minimise disruption. Above all else, the quality of their work was of the highest standard. We couldn’t be happier with the work Visionary Lofts carried out for us and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Visionary Lofts are an excellent loft extension building contractor in South London. Their project management and workmanship in our recent loft conversion in Brixton was excellent, and they dealt with all site issues very professionally. Most of all the weekly project management meetings were a pleasure, executed professionally and informative but friendly and fun at the same time - a rarity!

We undertook a project with Visionary Lofts in 2021 for a L-shaped dormer conversion in SE22. We looked at larger providers but were impressed by the team and the quote. We are really pleased with our choice and the result of the build. Any project like this has difficulties come up from time to time but the best bit was having pleasant regular contact meetings, email exchanges and WhatsApp to resolve any issues. The workmen they use are well known to the team, polite and hard working. I would highly recommend.

Visionary Lofts completed the loft conversion in my flat in the Herne Hill in Summer/Autumn of 2020 and I would recommend their services without hesitation. I work in the construction industry myself so I am aware of the challenges you can come across throughout the construction supply chain, however I can honestly say that JP and Kasia's approach to their projects is fantastic and if you need a loft conversion, these are the guys you should use. From the early stages of my project, JP was always willing to speak to provide advice and recommendations on how to approach the project well before I was ready to consider getting quotes or even go ahead with the works. Once I was ready, JP was then great at explaining how their quote was built up and was fair and transparent throughout the negotiations. Visionary may not be the cheapest quote you'll get, but typically you get what you pay for and they will make sure your project is a success with a quality service at the forefront and without any hidden costs. Visionary have built a team of trusted tradesmen which they use on their projects and this is evident from the quality of the work. Once on site (during the middle of Covid), the works progressed really well and whilst there were some challenges along the way, Kasia did a great job Project Managing and her team always did the right thing when issues did come up. The end product and the quality has far outweighed my expectations and overall the project was relatively stress free thanks to Visionary's approach. JP and Kasia have created a great business and I wish them every success. If I ever need a loft conversion again, I will go straight to them.

We have installed flooring for a number of loft conversions in South London after VL have completed the works. Whilst on site we’ve only heard wonderful things about the loft service JP Lal and Kasia Lal provide. The standard of work is fantastic and the properties look amazing. Our experience directly from a professional point of view the interactions with Visionary Lofts have been friendly and professional. They keep us updated throughout the process so that the flooring is installed at the correct stage and work closely with us so that the builders prep the subfloor to a good standard ensuring a quick and easy finish, with little disruption for the clients’.
