I had blocked drainage which stopped the flow off the 4 toilets to the main drainage Chamber. I called Tommy on Saturday morning . He was very knowledgeable and asked me few questions to diagnose the issue and see if works/costs can be avoided. although it was Saturday, he came out the same morning and solved our problem quickly and effectively. He also carried out a comprehensive CCTV drainage surveyed to capture any future potential blockage and gave me advice on how to avoid this problem from happening again . Tommy is a very honest, thorough and professional man who I had great pleasure dealing with. Excellent service and I definitely recommend and will use his company again if needed.

He came for the initial survey the day after calling and was friendly, helpful and upfront about what he could offer and the options available to us. He found the issue with our drains and even recommended getting in touch with United Utilities as there was a possibility they would fix it for free for us (possible shared drain). When that wasn't an option he returned to fix it for us. He's done a great job, even cleared out a slight blockage while he was down there. We'd highly recommend him for his knowledge, professionalism and friendly service.

The service received was exceptional, Tommy came on a Sunday morning on short notice to clear my blocked drain, he identified the problem and efficiently removed the blockage, this was certified by means of CCTV. All the working area was cleaned down thoroughly and advice was provided on future maintenance.

Blocked Drain. I found A Madden Drainage following an internet search and saw some good reviews on Facebook. I phoned up and spoke to Tommy who listened about my drainage issue and told me what was most likely causing it. He gave me an estimated cost of clearing the drain and came round later the same day. It turned out to be a blocked sewer drain and was difficult to clear. Tommy has all of the equipment necessary in his van to deal with blocked drains and used a flexible water jet and coiled spring cleaning rods. Cleaning was done through a length of drain approximately 25 metres until the main drain was reached. After the blockage was cleared Tommy put a camera down the drain and was able to show it was clear and advise on a part of the drain that had probably caused the blockage. Tommy cleared up and washed everything down with a disinfectant providing me with an excellent service.

I contacted Tommy on the basis of previous reviews and he lived up to them. He is meticulous in his work, very friendly, explained everything thoroughly while carrying out a very thorough CCTV drain survey to identify a potential problem. He fully explained the condition of the drain, flushed part of the drain a previous company had missed a few months ago and identified a potential future problem with no suggestion that immediate work was necessary. Tommy's price for the work was very fair, he is very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I rang Tommy regarding my blocked soil pipe, he understood exactly the problem. He came to the property on time and with all the necessary equipment for the job. Spent almost 3 hours unblocking drains and finding the hidden main drain which wasnt even on the property. Tommy was super professional ,courteous and well mamnered all the time. And very respectful with regards to garden plants and fence panels not getting damaged or dirty. When he had unblocked the drain he put a camera down to makesure the drain was clear and it was. He cleaned the area, his tools and anything to do with the drain. Washed his hands and then wrote an invoice. Just saying Tommy is extremely clean in his work!! I paid Tommy, off he went and I looked around and you couldnt tell I had just had my drains unblocked with you know what!! Would highly recommend Tommy!!

We had been contemplating getting our drains cleared for 5 years, and was always a bit nervous due to the drainage system being Victorian and in a Conservation Area. Tommy’s service was excellent, no mess or inconvenience, called him at 5.00pm and he was there the following morning at 8.00am sharp as planned. We needed a CCTV drain survey after we had a dodgy Homebuyers survey back from our surveyor since we are our first home so I contacted Tommy after relocating him on the NADC website. He was so friendly and polite and really took his time to explain what the problem might be. He turned up to the vendor’s house on time, was courteous and performed the survey efficiently which subsequently came back all good. We had a long conversation where he explained everything on his report that he did afterwards and even gave me some advice on the old boiler in the property as he was a gas engineer in a past life!
