Absolutely 5* Made an enquiry on a Saturday, email me back almost immediately, measured up on the Monday, quote given Tuesday, and within less than three weeks in total from start to finish my door was installed. Brilliant communiation and service, always turned up as promised. Clear pricing with no hidden extras. I absolutely love my new door, exactly as i ordered. Left my property clean and tidy and really friendly guys. 100% recommend.

I rang Stephen for a broken double glass panel, he came out the same day and made the panel safe as I have little children he also advised me that the replacement panel he would make would be safety glass as it is a legal requirement because it was next to a door. . He advised me of a price over the phone which was extremely reasonable he originally advised me of a lead time I was happy with but complete the job a lot quicker than expected. He was extremely professional and helpful and provided a top quality replacement panel which was identical to the panel he removed (it had led on both sides and was frosted but Stephen measured each square to make sure the lead was symmetrical to the other side). I cannot recommend Stephen enough, he is honest, professional and extremely polite. If I ever need a replacement glass panel there is no question of giving him a call.

Contacted Bolton glass, they gave me a price told me how long it would take for the glass to arrive and sent me a text letting me know they had it. An hour later glass was replaced.
