Cooney Insulations came out to quote for cavity wall insulation in our property in Nov 2022. On a quick investigation they confirmed that the property already had as much cavity wall insulation as was feasible to install. They were really friendly through both the booking and visit as well as being quick and informative. Whilst we weren't able to proceed with using Cooney Insulations for any work now we would definitely consider them for any future works.

I just spoke to Julie to discuss the possibility of having cavity wall insulation. She was so helpful and friendly on the phone and took the time to research my property properly and explain everything to me clearly. It turns out my property is not suitable for cavity wall insulation but she discussed other options with me and although I can't use this company to do work for me (as I don't need it), I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them from a customer service point of view.

When doing some renovation work, I found the original cavity wall insulation installed was almost non-existent. Through CIGA the original job's insurers, these guys have just been and done properly what Mark One should have done years ago. Utterly professional, considerate and genuine guys. CIGA have been fantastic too. People turned up or rang when promised and actually listened. Sorry it came to this, but in hindsight glad it did as we now feel confident we will see the benefits as bills are so stupidly high. Thank you Cooney for sending true professionals in Nathan, Matthew & the bearded chap (sorry). Even the clearing up & hoovering has been spot on.

I contact Cooney Insulations to bring my current loft insulation up to standard using the government's green home grant. I have to say that they were excellent to deal with throughout, helping me with queries on the grant itself all the way through the installation and final invoice process. The installation itself arranged quickly once the voucher was issued by HMRC at a time that suited me. The Cooney staff arrived on time, taking care to put down dust sheets for the route to the loft. The work was completed with minimum of fuss and they left my home clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

We cannot fault Cooney Insulations. Right from the word go everyone was very professional and helpful. Julie and Paul in the office were so helpful, Paul the surveyor was very informative and the 2 lads that installed the cavity wall (sorry I don't know your names) were very professional and tidied and cleaned up everywhere after the job. The people at this company responded to me straight away, then we booked in a realistic installation date, then the people installing the insulation have just been to my house and they have been perfect. They explained what was needed from me, then completed the job within a very quick timeline, and just needed a few signatures. Overall, I think they were great and I couldn't ask for anything more from them.

Cooney have recently installed cavity wall insulation at one of our properties and we would certainly highly recommend them. Throughout the process their comms have been timely, polite and clear. On the day, the team were on time, tidy and professional - they were required to take off a number of tiles to enable insulation, they ensured this was done well and put back together as before. The job has been completed as expected and with no issues. Good company, very professional, highly recommended.
