Highly recommend Garage Connection who completed a substantial Edwardian Renovation to a very high standard. Scope of work: 1. Break through and make good 3 walls to convert a kitchen dining and entrance hall into a single area. Complex structural work had to be completed with no collateral damage. Amazing result! 2. Drop and replace ceilings 3. Take lathe and plaster walls back to brick and overboard. 4. Modify chimney breast to take a hob and extractor What made the difference: Matt and Martin have a relentless attention to detail that covers all they do and is expected of their team too. I was on site during the renovations doing the work where their skills weren’t required and got to see first hand how they work. Communication has been excellent and proactive through out with complete transparency around challenges or setbacks and agreeing how we would approach these. I terms of sticking to budget this has been excellent and where creep has appeared it was initiated by me and cost impacts agreed in advance. I will actively seek them out again for another project and wait if I have to, so they can pick up the work.

Garage connection has done a great job converting my garage into a beautiful living space with an ensuite bathroom. From the very beginning, I was really impressed by the details in the quote they provided. Matt and Martin are very attentive, always ready to answer questions patiently and tries their best to help think of the best way to achieve the kind of living space that client has in mind. They put together a great team, a shout out to one of the lads, Marin, who is very helpful and hard-working! Matt and Martin are a great team who each bring different skills to the job. Martin has lots of ideas and Matt is great at organising and communicating. The team did a back to brick renovation for my kitchen, new office and w.c. They helped find solutions along the way and never pushed for money upfront.
