The work would have been two but there was a slight delay due to the weather and availability of the wet room flooring. Garage Conversions Northwest Ltd completed a garage conversion into a garden annexe for my mother. The quote was reasonable in comparison to other garage conversion company quotes that we acquired. Troy, Rick, Colette and all the guys were professional and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. The builders that came on a daily basis were very approachable and I felt secure leaving my mother in the main house, whilst they were onsite, converting the garage whilst I was at work. From the initial meeting with Troy for my quotation right through to project completion, I found Troy, Colette and all of their Tradesman very knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful with a very competitive price. Thank you troy and his team for doing the garage conversion. This is the happiest job I ever had. The price is very competitive. Troy had done everything with efficiency and sincerity. It took less than 2 weeks to convert my messy garage into a lovely room with bathroom. there was lot of work in it, including digging, extending water, sewage, replace a new rooftop and the work inside garage. In these these 2 weeks I didn't need to chase them up, i can go to work carefree as they were self motivated to finish the job with good quality. All the workers in the team are polite! Troy and his team have made a lovely job coverting a garden house into a much more usable space, insulating it and connecting up water and electricity. We are very impressed with the finish and felt comfortable leaving the team to work while we were out of the house and came home to no mess. We wholly concur with the previous excellent reviews. When I initially spoke to Troy he agreed to come round and give us a quote, he was honest and open up front, he gave us a very very competitive price, and said he would follow up in writing etc if we were to appoint them. We did further research including looking at reviews, , Troy advised us that we could visit another local job to see quality etc - which we did, and that convinced us to go with GCNW. We agreed a date and then Troy provided detailed written quote setting out exactly what was to be done and included. He also advised us he did not want any money until we were happy, which provided huge peace of mind. On starting the work the team Will Troy and Rick and others were hard working, polite and respectful and always willing to go that extra mile to ensure we were happy, quality of work was fantastic and the whole job was done in six days. The communication was good in that Troy would advise what was done, and what would be done next day - we honestly cannot recommend Troy and the team high enough, and the finished room is better than we had envisaged.
