THEY ARE ORGANISED AND THE DRIVERS ARE FRIENDLY..WILL ALWAYS BE WILLING TO HELP YOU OUT AND WILL ALWAYS LET ONTO YOU.
THERE FIRM BUT FAIR WHICH IS WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT WITH ANY EMPLOYER.
THEY GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO PROVE YOURSELF WHICH IS RARE NOWADAYS WITH THIS PHILOSOPHY THAT YOUR A NEW CLASS 2 DRIVER AND YOU GOT NO EXPERIENCE THEREFOR YOU SHOULD BE PAID £8.50 PER HOUR TO WORK YOUR SOCKS OFF....
I WOULD SAY IF YOUR A NEW DRIVER AND ALWAYS BEEN A CAR DRIVER AND THEN JUMP INTO DRIVING CLASS 2 THEN DRIVING A SIMILAR VEHICLE LIKE A 7.5 TONNE IS A SLIGHT ADVANTAGE OR AT LEAST I FOUND.
IT WILL HELP YOU IN THE LONGRUN.
BUT NOT A BAD WORD TO SAY ABOUT THE COMPANY.
j. w.Bad company the only bad thing about Gerrards was that they had one of the worst, laziest and biggest lying drivers on the planet Stuart Sandall working for them, I would have rated them 9 out ov 10 when he was there, but now he has gone they have got a big 10 out ov 10 ,on wards and up wards Gerrards of swinton
