I couldn’t speak more highly of this firm, Lee from the very beginning was able to go through every aspect of the build in their showroom and then Lucas and the team who were super professional on site. We have had an outside office built along with decking and balustrade and we would highly recommend this firm for their professionalism and attention to detail.

First class service and installation. Paul in Sales was brilliant from the start, talking us through the options, undertaking deck design in 3D visualisation tool free of charge, and responded immediately to any queries. Henrik and the team who undertook the installation were on site from 08:00 everyday and worked tirelessly; clean and tidy; welcoming to talk through the design and any queries/snags identified; and Henrik is a perfectionist with the deck installation absolutely first class. Millboard product is great quality. If you are looking at a new deck just use these guys and you won't be disappointed. They also provided the best quote for the job. I can't recommend this company enough. I was impressed from my first contact with Paul who gave me an approx cost over the phone and then suggested I visit the showroom to have a look at the products on offer. It's worth the visit as the showroom is really well set up to show off different ideas and gives you a much better idea of colours, styles available. No hard sell, just lots of information about the product and installation. Paul rang me with a full quote the same day as his site visit. I was kept informed of the installation date. Paul was on site on the first morning to finalise details with myself and the fitters. The fitters were great, very well mannered and no trouble at all .. couldn't force a cup of tea on them. Job completed in 3 days, removal of old deck, new one installed perfectly and all rubbish removed from site. What more could you ask for ... maybe some sunshine now

I cannot say enough good things about this company for our composite decking installation. Our initial contact was with Paul who was fantastic from the outset giving us good honest advice and no hard sell whatsoever. We visited the show room to review some options and then agreed to go ahead. Everything was communicated very clearly by Paul so it was a really stress free experience. The materials all arrived exactly on time and the team were on site next day early morning getting the new base structure in place. Lucas and Marek(father and son) were incredibly hard working, helpful and offered us advice on a few items around lighting etc and the whole project was completed within 3 days. They were really polite and the pride they showed in their work was really nice to see. The end result exceeded our already high expectations and if you want a world class job doing at a fair price then Luxury Outdoor Spaces are the best there is in my opinion. Again thanks to Paul and the team - Brilliant!

Refreshingly fantastic customer service from start to finish. Lee coordinated our project from our initial visit to the showroom. Explained in full what they offered and carried it out exactly through their install team. Installers Lukas and Christian were a pleasure to have in the garden and never stopped all day to ensure the job was completed on time. You’ll probably be able to get decking done cheaper but we have a quality job done that looks fantastic. Would highly recommend.

From the moment the project was confirmed until it was completed, it was a seamless operation between the head office and the team on the ground. I found the staff a joy to deal with from start to finish and from sales to survey to fitting, they were all nice people and completely customer focussed. There was a slight issue with the fitting, however Luxury Outdoor worked on a quick solution. It meant having the fitting team on site longer than expected, for which there was no mention of additional charges. That says it all for me.

Luxury Outdoor Space have been excellent from start to finish . We had spoken to many companies for a decking quotation and Luxury Outdoor Space stood out by far . They responded straightaway to an email enquiry and we had our decking fitted within 3 weeks . Lee managed our project from quote to installation and he was very professional , thorough and patient . Lee organised for us to see our product at a clients house to help us decide on colours etc . The installation team were also fantastic explaining and consulting us throughout the work they carried out . It’s great that there is a showroom to visit as many companies do not have this . Overall I am extremely happy with the decking and would highly recommend Luxury Outdoor Space especially if you are looking for the Millboard product.

I truly cannot praise Luxury Outdoor Spaces enough! The price was very keen, they came to site to measure up, worked with my spec and optimised it for me, delivered on time and to quality and their pre and post sales service has been perfect. Jerzy and Thomaz, the installers, were polite and incredibly hard working. Pretty awesome as they had to get in the pond to attach the legs of the deck to some sleepers! Really makes the garden look top notch. Well done team!

We chose Millboard after loads of research on composite decking. We were having an extension and wanted our raised deck to flow from the new extension. The product was significantly more expensive than similar looking products but the quality was obvious and the hidden fixing method made it look amazing.
