AWESOME TEAM! Alex and his team undertook a full back to brick refurb including a basement conversion and L-dormer construction on my property. Alex’s expertise was invaluable during the planing phase, helping me understand the sequence of works before starting. Once on site, him and the team were punctual, tidy and efficient. They were all easy to work with and Alex/ Costa were great in keeping me updated about progress and any unforeseen issues which they always had a solution for! Their in-depth knowledge of construction and personable attitudes made it a genuine pleasure to work with them - no hesitation in recommending them for big or small jobs whatsoever!

Alex and his team were truly Reliable. They were so hard working and polite. I felt great care was taken with the structural elements and dealing with Building Control. Nothing was too much trouble and the work , a conservatory replaced with an extension,was completed quickly. They left everything so neat and tidy. Everyone comments on how the new building looks as if it has always been part of the house. I shall be getting them back to do some other jobs I need doing..wouldn't really want anyone else. Highly recommend them.

Alex and the team carried out all the structural works to our new kitchen diner (knock down wall to fit box frame, open up picture window and replace an old beam) as well as fitting the new kitchen, new radiators and lowering outside ground to solve damp issue. The work was carried out to a high standard and on schedule. Communication was always excellent and they were punctual, tidy and polite when on site. We are very pleased with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reliable Builders.

Alex and the guys performed structural repairs to our side wall to rectify issues found by a structural survey. Work included: - installing restraining straps - installing heli bars - repointing In the lead up to the work the communication from Alex was excellent (something we have found to be a rarity when dealing with other builders). Whilst doing the work he kept us fully informed of the work being carried out and the work itself was too a high standard. A pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend.

Alex and his team came and finished our kitchen reconfiguration. They were fast, friendly, trustworthy and really tidy. They left the garden tidier than it was when they started! Alex is a very skilled project manager so if you want to hand the reigns over and not worry again then this is the company for you. Well, if Carlsberg did building companies.... I was left totally in the lurch by a bunch of cowboy builders during the pandemic who took my money and ran. At the time it was virtually impossible to get hold of plaster, which was vital in our project progressing and was proving to be more rare than unicorn doodoo. Alex have me a start date to plaster the whole house and he stuck to this (actually starting one day early!). Through his connections in the trade, he managed to somehow source the 30 bags needed for the house. His team turned up at 8.30 every morning and worked tirelessly until around 5pm and they did this 6 days a week. The plastering work is the best I've seen and even got a big thumbs up from a close friend of mine who used to be a plasterer. His guys also ended up providing cost effective corrections to many of the things that my previous dodgy builders had done which helped up enormously to get signed off by building control. All the works were done to the timescales agreed from the outset. I've subsequently asked Alex for his team to undertake additional works on my property which are currently under way. The Reliable Builders: they do exactly what they say on the tin! Highly recommended.

Alex and his team at Reliable Builders did an excellent job. Their quote was very competitive and Alex clearly explained the break down. I had a carpentry and decorating job that was required. This was on an upper floor and the team ensured the house was fully protected. The work ethic of the team is unquestionable - they arrived early every day and finished no earlier than 5.30pm. The workmanship was excellent and the team were all very respective of my property. Would highly recommend based on the excellent finish and the entire project delivery. Very professional builders.

Alex and his team have done an incredible job with a keen attention to detail and have delivered a high quality finish. We have had a single storey extension, new utility and kitchen done, with some challenging structural work. Alex networked well with our architect and sourced a very professional engineer who tweeked our plans. He coordinated a team of builders who are professional, timely and hardworking. No gimmicks, or builders jargon about what stuff cost , just upfront honesty. The team was also acutely aware of the disruptive impact of the build on neighbours and ourselves and mitigated against that through resourcefulness. Alex is a problem solver which is what you want if you are busy with no time to micromanage. The big plus is that everying is done inhouse from structural work to electrics and plumbing. I cant speak more highly of reliable builders, we had to wait a few months for their availability but it was well worth it! Thanks

Really pleased with the work carried out . The team worked hard from 8am - 5pm and Alex kept us upto date with the works progress. Very clean and tidy , clearing up at the end of each day. Would highly recommend for all works .
