So pleased with what Ben and his team did did on my extension! They were very reliable and knowledgeable, offering me guidance and suggesting some great improvements to my original plans. Ben was very professional, organising all trades and deliveries making the whole processing very easy and stress free. He kept me well informed at each stage of the build process. Highly recommended. Very pleased with the work done my Ben and his team. They were professional and got the job done in the timeframe discussed. Like any job of this size, there were a few issues along the way but Ben communicated them all and got them all resolved quickly. There are bound to be sticking points but he always had a solution. When we started on our journey to renovate our home we needed someone that we trusted and would take full ownership as both myself and my husband lead busy lives. From the minute we met Ben we had a really good feeling about him and his business, the build included a garage conversation, ripping out two bathrooms, decorating the entire house and giving our kitchen a facelift, we asked Ben if he could bring all the right traders together and to manage the project. Words cannot express how grateful we are to Ben and his amazing team, what stood out for us is that each and everyone of the team cared and when you care, you put your all into it and this is was Ben and his team did. The period they did the renovations was just before the full lock down so everyone was under pressure to complete the job and I have to say a huge thank you to Ben and his lovely team for completing the project, we love our home and the improvements that was made. Ben has pictures of the project and happy for him to post. On a side note, a warm thank you to Ben's lovely father who came to help and even threw in an amazing lemon drizzle cake that we all enjoyed, it made us feel like they were part of our family during the duration of the build. As a family we highly recommend Tameside Developments NW LTD and the team that make beautiful renovations not a dream but a real possibility, thank you Ben! All the best the Hayes family (P.S.
