I had an image in my head & a budget and they built exactly that within my budget. I tweaked and adjusted things along the way too. Started with Victor, designing and creating my build - very friendly, knowledgeable & guided me through all my questions/worries along the way. Mark kept in touch from the minute we signed our contract every step of the way. We had a few minor hiccups along the way down to mis-communication on the phones. Which was cleared up within a day or 2 in person and back on track once everyone was on the same page. If this is your first build, like ours. We were so stressed, anxious and tbh we didn’t know fully what to expect. Bare with it, your on the back foot and out of your comfort zone for a few weeks/months but at the end you are left with an amazing build which has added thousands onto our house. All the lads working on the house were lovely. Wayne & James are top blokes and finished our orangery to a high standard. They treated our home with respect and we can’t thank them enough. Genuine, trustworthy & great tradesmen! The pictures honestly don’t do it any justice. It’s amazing!! Thank you - Mark, Victor & All the guys that brought my vision to life.

This is the best double glazing company we have ever dealt with during our long lives, in every respect - quality of merchandise, value for money, reliability, staff expertise, and outstanding customer service. We had a bay window replaced, plus a new front door and window. Not everything went smoothly, as we live in such an old house, but the willingness and readiness of all at Viewline to overcome problems soon got everything sorted out, and we have become extremely satisfied customers who are very happy to recommend Viewline.

I can't fault these guys, from the first phone call to the finished job - we are very pleased. The black cladding between the bay windows looks fab now. It's properly insulated and watertight now and at a good price. They even hid most of the old lead flashing because I'm a perfectionist and offered to paint the small bit of lead flashing that was left which was part of their job. I said NO to them painting but only because they did such a fab job and it wasnt their job to do. My husband did it no time. They left it very tidy and all our paperwork of guarantees. Thank you for the good experience and we will definitely use ye again for other jobs we may need doing

Excellent pre sales service by Marc was followed up by with a prompt fitting date. Friendly, knowledgeable, tidy and efficient fitters. We are very pleased with the work so far (having a door fitted next month). Marc and the team were excellent from start to finish, especially important as we had been let down by our original contractor at the last minute. Wish we found these guys first - would definitely recommend. (Full replacement of gutters, downpipes, soffits and fascias plus replacement of rotten green Tudor work in black and white - new composite door to be fitted next month)

I’ve just used Viewline NW to completely replace my Facia's, Soffits, Gutters, and re-cover a flat roof. The experience was seamless from start to finish. I was provided with great advice on the options available to me, and the quote for the work was very reasonable considering the almost daily increase in the cost of materials and fuel. It wasn’t an easy house to work on, but the chaps who carried out the jobs worked non-stop through fairly cold and grim weather to ensure it was completed on time, and with a great attention to detail. I can’t praise Viewline NW highly enough, and will recommend to any family and friends who need similar work carrying out on their house.

My wife and i decided we needed to replace our 25 year old sliding patio door, so we contacted View-line, who had previously installed our windows. The company responded very quickly, came out, listened to us and advised us on the best product that suited our needs. The surveyor visited our home within a week. Our French doors were fitted within 21 days of the order. The fitter was clearly a good craftsman, he was efficient and left the house very clean after the job. The French doors are beautiful; we are extremely pleased with both the product and the professionalism of all the View-Line staff we came in contact with. We would highly recommend this company.

We found the Viewline team helpful, offering advice and support with choosing the size of conservatory to the types of doors etc. We were kept well informed of the time it would take and the stages, and the builders/fitters kept a tidy workplace throughout. A good company to deal with. Very responsive and helpful and very reasonable prices. The whole team were very professional. We were first attracted to the company by the integrity and knowledge shown by their salesperson Peter ( an ex-policeman ) who visited us twice to explain the company’s products and listen to our requirements. The installations manager David gave us a very competitive price and then their cheerful Marketing Manager Martin came out to finalise the details. Mike came out to do a thorough survey for all the precise dimensions and then their installation foreman Lincoln came out to look over the property to check for any special requirements, before the two friendly and polite fitters, Linford and Josh, came out to do the job itself. David kept us in touch with the likely installation dates and kept their initial promises. Even when there was an accident in transit, when 4 glass units were cracked, they organised and replaced the made-to-measure units within 2 working days. A good job by the whole team.

I have just had some work done on my property from viewline North West. They have done my garage roof in the rubber roofing system and also a patio door and what a beautiful job they've done. My garage roof looks stunning and now my patio door is done I just need to get my husband to do the garden ready for barbeque in summer.
