Excellent service from a professional scaffolding company. I have used and worked with Wright Height Scaffolding for 4yrs now on a regular basis. Brought them in on numerous jobs without hesitation. Extremely considerate, conscientious & careful team around your property & will bend over backwards to help their customers. Great communication right from the quote through to stripping. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company. We’ve had many complicated jobs and they always work to achieve what’s required. Totally disagree with the recent bad review which is absolutely unnecessary on a public forum, where there is no option for the business to reply. Its easy to throw slanderous comments out there without any proof or back up. I’d suggest contact the company to discuss any issues… So if you are reading this, as a prospective customer please ignore any twisted/unfounded negative comments. As said before, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

The negative comments posted on google reviews from Jake Harrison, Rose Schiller, Antonia Harrison are all from the same household who have a vendetta against Wright Height Scaffolding. No damage was caused to the property or garden. No bullying or intimidation occurred whatsoever. I cannot emphasis enough how much this type of behaviour is not tolerated and goes against the company values and work ethic. The price given for the Scaffolding was a fair price and an invoice was given for the amount charged. If they thought they could get a better price and service then you would question why they didn't use another company? There comments are 100% untrue and unfair. At no point have they made contact with Wright Height Scaffolding and raised any concerns as any other right minded person would. Even when on site nothing was mentioned about any points they have put on there reviews. It's just mind blowing as to why they have put these reviews on. The team are respectful and go above and beyond for any of their customers. At this particular job the team had to remove rubbish that had been emptied from the bins in the garden, by the homeowners, before they could commence works but also to be able to work in a safe environment. This company have been brilliant. Very prompt, tidy and quick! Competitive prices and flexible when I needed the scaffolding to remain beyond my agreed time. All people I came into contact with were really helpful and kind. Definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Craig and his team came to my property erected scaffolding, great service, very good price. excellent communication as to when the scaffolding was being erected and taken down. Would highly recommend this company

I erected the scaffolding that the previous posts are referring to along with the owner of the company and another scaffolder, we asked the customer why they hadn't cleaned the garden where the scaffolding was to be erected as it was unsuitable and a risk to myself and the other operative and made erecting a safe scaffold very difficult so we cleaned it ourselves and still finished the job where as most other companies would have downed tools immediately. This is after a weeks worth of them chnging dates yet we still accommodated them. In regards to the receipt the receipt goes to the client via invoice not to the house owner if they require a copy for themselves they should contact the client not bad mouth the firms doing the work on social media. Also if they think 3 fully qualified men plus a 7.5 ton wagon are on 50 pound a day after a 2n half hour round trip n 2 hours erecting scaff are sadly mistaken and thinking 600 minus tax is robby why accept the quote in the first place? Also the quote was from 2019 yet was still honoured by us. 70 percen t of our clientele have been with the owner for over 15 years because when we say we will be there we are there. Some people just cannot be pleased but thank you anyway for taking the . time to leave a review thus leaving us an opportunity to tell the truth.
