Very happy with our new mini extension. We wanted to turn a horrible shed like attachment to the house into a useable, insulated utility and storage room. Your Choice managed to book the work in quickly and the job itself was completed in just over one week. Due to some communication errors with myself and my partner, we asked for the wrong size window to be installed, but Darren sorted this efficiently without a problem. The builders were all lovely and very respectful of our home and the neighbours. Would recommend and use again for future work. Thank you!

After a couple of initial problems which Ray sorted out, also some very extreme weather. Erected a 3m x 2.2m conservatory on time and to budget. Started 23rd June with an end date of 31st July. In spite of being unable to lay the floor for 3 weeks due to the weather, Your Choice completed the work 1 day ahead of schedule on 30th July. The challenge of a sloping site wasn't an issue. All the works from building the walls, plastering them, installing the electrics, and constructing the conservatory were done by a great team. The project was managed effectively.

Fantastic job by Your Choice. On 25th June 2019 Your Choice installed installation and cladding on the inside of my conservatory in Hampshire. The installation involved fitting Ecohybrid roofing and covering with internal cladding (see photos). The work was done efficiently and in a very professional manner. The two person team completed the work in one day and ensured that the conservatory was restored back to its original state prior to leaving my home. Having now had the insulation in place for both summer and the start of winter, I can safely say that the claims that this system keeps out more than 90% of heat in summer and retains same in winter are correct. As my conservatory was south facing, summer heat used to make it impossible to use. In winter, heating it was also a major challenge and as such again it was not used because of the cost. Now, it has become another all year round room and worth every penny spent to convert it. I wish I had done this many years ago. It was fortuitous that I found Your Choice on the internet. I would recommend them to anyone considering converting a conservatory.

We changed our conservatory roof from polycarbonate to a solid tiled roof after the original roof was damaged in a hail storm. We chose Your Choice 4 Seasons Conservatory Tiled Roof after viewing several other options, this is not the cheapest but it impressed us in its appearance. The job to replace the roof took 4 days just as promised, the original roof was off within the first hour and the conservatory was weather tight before the end of the first day. The only delay was with the internal plastering which took another few days, then the electrician fitted the down lighters and we were back using our new room. We cannot praise all the workmen enough especially the roof fitters Dave and Barry, all were polite, friendly, on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are extremely pleased with the look both external and internal of the new roof, money well spent.

We had this great company originally about 3 years ago to insulate the roof of our conservatory - it really did make the room much more useable, especially in spring and autumn. Recently I noticed that the polycarbonate roof panels were getting very tired and stained so as the conservatory was 20 years old and should last a lot longer, I called in Home Improvements for a quote to fit a complete new roof. I quickly accepted the quote and Mark & Mick were on site within 2 weeks and did a fabulous job. I can’t commend this company highly enough - from very first contact 4 years ago, they have been brilliant with really professional workmanship, always clearing up after work, extremely friendly fitters and we now have virtually a year round extra room to enjoy. I have my extension built and the whole house windows changed to laminated glass. The boss Eric is as patient as a friend to go through the process. The best thing is that he is really responsive and always willing to reply our whatsapp messages politely which gave us a peace of mind. We have other parts of the house renovation project being done by his building team, his builder Darren is professionally polite. However, the experience was not as good as the extension project as some of his technical staff are careless and not responsible which involved us to make complains and even to argue a bit, to come and go a few times to get things fixed. It is annoying to both me and Darren, and I hate to be a "troublesome customer". During that period, I keep struggling. I have to accept some of the minor problems as they are but to assert some of the serious ones to be fixed. Anyway, the two projects are done without delay and we would like to recommend them to others.

Our Garden room was completed in November 2019 and I wanted to post a review later on, so I could include their after sale service in my review. We had our conservatory demolished and a garden room built and I have done a number of refurbishments before dealing with other builders. With Your Choice, firstly I dealt with Malcolm (Sales Manager) and I would like to compliment him on how well he dealt with the negotiations and contract stage of the process. We had other quotes but his commitment to win our business and get us the best/right price gave me confidence Your Choice would be easy to deal with on the build. I was not disappointed on service on the build. Andy our project manager is an absolute credit to Your Choice. From our 1st meeting, we felt totally at ease and confident that the project would go smoothly and we would be happy with the finished garden room. Andy was always available on the phone & dealt with our e-mails swiftly as well as seeing regularly on site. The building team got it all done (demolition to plaster & 2nd fix) within 4 weeks, which I was impressed with. Dave sorted the demolition & brickwork, the Nigel & Schoey completed the Roof and internal work and they were really good in looking after our house (and us) when the back wall was removed. On the Barry the plumber and Phil the electrician ensured that the fixes did not hold anything up. After completion of the works, the service was just as good. Gavin and Debbie were helpful with that and Andy was at our house within 48 hours each time (3 occasions) to sort our post completion fixes. It really did feel that after I had made the final payment, they gave me the same great customer care as before i'd paid. In summary, thank you to Your Choice & all mentioned above. I will be using you again and recommending me to my friends. Genuine people providing a genuinely comprehensive and efficient building service.

Having had Your Choice recommended to me by a colleague we chose them to install our bathroom August 2021 and were so pleased with the communication from the PM, price and professionalism of the men who actually installed, plastered and tiled the bathroom that we asked them to return and install a kitchen for us this January. Again, we received the same quality of service and are very pleased with the new appliances, cupboards and worktops. Before the kitchen could be installed we needed a new ceiling and before we could do that , a new kitchen roof, long overdue for replacement. This was a problematic endeavour as it was a very old roof with a hole and dodgy brickwork surrounding it. All problems were successfully resolved. For the first time in 30 years we have not had to put the pans out to catch the drips! Despite all the disruption no bathroom, no kitchen and a hole in the ceiling can cause, our privacy and comfort was always considered and all rubbish and excess work materials were removed and our home left tidy. The men who came to do the work were friendly and approachable and happy to offer advice. Rob Neate in particular went the extra mile coming on two Saturdays to get the job done. We would (and have) recommended them to anyone considering these home improvements.

We have just had an ecohybrid conservatory roof fitted. They came on time, very polite and pleasant guys. They were done in 3 and a half hours, did a great job, and cleaned everything after they finished. Great service, and we are getting them to quote on some other work we need doing. The price was good, I'm sure there are cheaper quotes out there for shoddy work, but why scrimp when it's your house your investing in. After the roof, I asked for a quote for building work and a new kitchen. I had to chase them up a couple of times but the builder came out for a quote and the kitchen guy came after having to chase them up again. Since that day I have never heard anything from them again. No kitchen designs, no quotes, no phone calls. I have agreed a £25000 job with a local kitchen company, perhaps they are too busy to follow through with customers.

Spoke to them about insulated roofing systems for an orangery. They gave a quote based on photographs as this was during lockdown. The Surveyor came when he was able to and honoured the price quoted. Job was booked in and they arrived a day earlier as they were in the area. Job took 1.5 days. Workmen were polite, efficient and hardworking. Cleaned up everyday to a very satisfactory standard. Great service from Your Choice. Started and completed the work as promised when we signed up to have a four seasons roof fitted to our conservatory. Ray and Nathan worked hard each day and cleaned up each day also. They even cleaned the windows! Very polite, hard working and put up with our daft dog. Delighted with the results. The plasterer came on the Friday as promised and Phil the electrician finished everything off on the Friday evening. We noticed a small leak from the gutter this week, phoned Your Choice yesterday morning and we had a fitter, Luke, come out the same day. He rectified this small problem with no fuss. Ecohybrid roofing in my conservatory (approximately 14 square metres) has resulted in the area being noticeably warmer, looking neater and much quieter when the rain hammers down on the roof. It does what it says on the tin. It was completed in about 4 hours and the 2 fitters were efficient, polite and respectful to both ourselves and our property which was as clean and tidy when they left as it was when they came. We decided to change the double glazed roof on our conservatory after finding it was either too hot or too cold in there to get the best use of it. Your Choice had a stand at the Royal Welsh Show in July this year where they had a model of a fully insulated conversion for conservatories on the stand, and after speaking to their representative I was very impressed with the level of detail and information provided. After receiving a quotation the whole process has gone without a hitch. The survey was carried out and we were given the date as to when the project would be carried out which was 2nd Oct, and would be completed in 4 days. Your Choice arranged everything from Building Regs., to arranging the local scaffolding contractor, and kept us informed at every stage, we did not have to chase them up once. The fitters arrived as promised and were tidy and courteous at all times. We are extremely pleased with the result and would thoroughly recommend Your Choice.
