Jeff and Brandon have just finished installing our decking. Excellent service and attention to detail. Friendly, hardworking, nothing was to much trouble. Always arrived on time and left each day leaving the garden tidy. The decking looks fabulous, exactly what we asked for, it’s solid, good quality and built to last. Thank you Jeff and Brandon, it’s been a pleasure working with you and we are very happy with the end result and the quality of workmanship. We would have no hesitation recommending JJH Decking.

Excellent service and attention to detail. They have given us a fabulous outside space and we can’t be happier. The work is exceptional and the finished product is excellent. I could not endorse them enough. Jeff and Brandon were a pleasure to have for 4 weeks during installation, they worked very methodically and conscientiously giving us an excellent deck and with no damage to the garden even though they had to work on the grasses area.

We’d been considering installing a composite deck for a little while but after the recent storm we lost our fence and came across JJH, who did fences and decks, so we decided to look into getting the deck done at the same time. Jeff responded quickly and was able to visit within the week, talked us through fence and deck options and based on our requirements promptly forwarded a quote to us. We changed our minds on the style of composite board and Jeff dealt with that speedily and without issue. We fixed a week in May for the work to be started and except for a couple of days slippage Jeff didn’t really let us down on that. Our new wooden fence was completed within one day and the Trex composite deck was finished a week later. The fence and deck are well constructed and look fantastic. Jeff and his team did a great job, from first contact and a quote mid March, to completion at end May. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Jeff executed the desired curved moulding of trex composite decking. He did this despite the 160 mile distance between our cities. Due to the distance, we had to employ local joiners to assemble our decking and Jeff guided the joiners through the assembly process. He was very professional and kept sending pictures and videos of the installation process as well as advising us on what the best materials and method to be used were as our joiner had never worked on Trex products before. Right from the outset, Jeff's professionalism was very evident. Jeff was on time for the appointment and the quote supplied timeously. After a design change, Jeff provided a further quote covering the revision. Jeff kept us up to date on when he will be starting the work, to delivery of the skip, wood and Trex for which he also made sure he was on-site for. Jeff and Paul commenced work in January. They were always on-time every morning, working a full day, with no lunch break. I cannot talk highly enough of them. They both worked through, rain, sleet and snow. On certain days they were working in sub zero temperatures and others in a mud pit. There sunny dispositions never waivered. They were always polite and friendly and above all very pedantic on installing everything to the highest standard even if it meant them being on site for longer. A prime example is when the temperatures dropped sub zero after the snow. Which mean that they could not install cement in a sub zero temperatures and waited 4 days before picking up the work again to allow for the temperatures to rise. This meant an extra 4 days which mean it took just over 3 weeks. The installation never felt rushed and was completed to a very high standard. They also cleaned up after themselves and cleaned the patio. Thank you very much Jeff and Paul for giving us the patio we always dreamed of. If it wasn't for your suggestion for the curve it would not have the impact that it currently does.

We wanted to replace our old wooden decking with a composite deck and fence. We contacted Jeff as a recommended Trex installer to talk through some ideas and get a quote. Jeff was professional and personable from the outset and talked through different options with us, including lighting and railings to form a balcony at one end. Our original deck was on two levels, which was impractical. Jeff was able to install the new decking on one level, making it a much more flexible, usable space. Jeff’s attention to detail is amazing and he kept us fully updated throughout the build process. The end result is stunning and we couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend.

5 stars doesn’t really cover it. Jeff, Charlie and Chris (and Hugo the dog) did a fantastic installing a Trex Deck in our garden. Throughout the 3 week build, with a daily round trip of 90 miles, the JJH Construction team always arrived on time, battled on through horrendous weather and delivered a fantastic, bespoke end result. I am happy to recommend JJH Construction for any Trex project.

i have had lot for company's doing work in my garden over the last 10 years . Mostly all good but mainly I have found once the deal is done there is no real care or interest in the customer. JJH Construction Ltd set a new standard for customer care and happiness, from the initial engagement, to ongoing communication and jeffs 'do anything to help' attitude. and took time to explain all working systems. We have just had our new decking finished and I cannot fault the workmanship. It was a complicated construction as we needed a level access for a wheelchair. This has been the finishing touch to a large extension and worth every penny . I would highly recommend Trex and Mr Hargreaves
