Couldn’t recommend One Utility enough to all my friends and family. Been with them since I moved in to my first ever home and they’ve been brilliant since day one. Any request or issue that I have had on my end has always been dealt with immediately and fairly with a lovely member of the team. Save money, any letters from suppliers are dealt with for you, a friendly member of the team will always explain things over the phone thoroughly to you, and just one monthly direct debit instead of having to pay multiple different Gas/electric/water/ TV licence suppliers on a monthly basis. 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been using One Utility Bill now for over two years now and within two separate houses. I've never found an issue with them. Today, I rang up and spoke to Kate McLaughlin and she was absolutely fantastic. If you want to go somewhere, go One Utility Bill. They are great! Kate McLaughlin deserves a promotion. She is very kind and friendly but also very helpful and professional. Five stars from me today!

Used one utility bill for over three years and very happy with the service. They took care of all my bills and I didn’t have to worry about anything. All I had to do was upload meter readings every month and they took care of the rest. In the end of the contract they quickly and swiftly processed the refund of the money in credit in my account. One Utility Bill arranges our broadband through Sky and it works about as well as you could hope. However, recently, Sky cancelled our service due to a processing error, leaving us without internet service for a period of just under 2 weeks.
This was a remarkably frustrating time but with the help of Jack, Brooke and one other whose name I, unfortunately, don't recall, we were able to reach a temporary solution while an engineer came out to us to fix the issue. They were attentive, thoughtful and prompt when addressing this issue and the service they provide is top-notch.
100% would recommend if you're looking to use a service like this.

What excellent service from One Utility Bill. I had customer support advisor Scott Wigham assist me with my queries which he answered with ease. At the same time he also gave me advise on how to proceed with my queries. Absolutely great service!
I have had to contact Scott again on the 17th March to assist with getting a confirmation letter from One Utility Bill with regards to the services we used, as we required this for our end of tenancy application. Again, he went above and beyond!
I really do wish I could make use of One Utility Bill's services at my new house as I have had such great service from you!

Would definitely recommend One Utility. Nine months in and phoned and chatted with Scott to check I was not falling behind and would be ok with the April rises comming. He came back to me that day with a breakdown, confirming everything was going well 👍 The customer Login area is also very easy to work your way around and upload any metre readings.

I've been with One Utility Bill for nearly 2 years now. At first I was a bit apprehensive using a company to manage the household bills, but I've loved it ever since.
It has been something I now always recommend to my friends and family and it's been great having them manage the bills!
It was easy to setup and also allowed you to tailor the package you would like exactly for your household - what you wanted them to cover (gas/electric/water/broadband) and also on what tariff (pay as you use/unlimited).
We went for a fully unlimited package, but was sure there had to be a catch somewhere!! After reading all the terms and conditions & all the fine print, it turns out it's just a really good company to work with who treat you well!
You know exactly how much you will pay each month, each bill is broken down into where the money is going and on top of that. Fully transparent! To submit meter readings, you can do it all online or if you have a smart meter they will do it all for you!
Their team have always been supportive on the rare occasions when I've had to get in touch and very friendly.
A big thank you to Gary H in helping fix the supplier sending me bills. He was an absolute pleasure to chat to and couldn't ask for anyone more helpful!
I can't fault their professionalism, kindness and great value for money! Keep it up!

I have been with One Utility for a while now and while I've had letters from other companies about moneys owed I've forwards them to One Utility and its been dealt with.
Recently i was contacted by them for concerns over meter readings so I sent them off. I called up later and was greeted by a lovely lady called Abby. She found the email and said she would get back to me soon once she checks over it and she really did! Within half an hour I had an email back explaining what went wrong and that it was all now fixed. Thank you so much Abby! she was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and above all helpful and easy to talk to!

I've been with One Utility for a few years now and honestly, even when there has been a problem or an error, be it on their end or my own, the staff have always been fantastic to deal with. Today, for example, I was having trouble reading my electricity meter so I contacted them via the live chat function on their website. Almost instantly, I got a response from Ella whom not only helped resolve my issue but didn't judge me for my lack of knowledge around it all. Personally, I know that all companies and services have their issues and make their mistakes but how those are resolved and handled by the staff is really what makes me feel like I'm in good hands.
I do believe that you are, for lack of a better phrasing, over charged in order to accommodate any fluctuations in your usage but anything that you don't use is then refunded back to you. It's not for everyone and of course some folk would rather just pay for what they use but I kinda enjoy it - nothing like getting a lump sum you didn't expect especially when you know fine well you would have just spent it on nonsense.

The extra £26 for unlimited privileges and the water price was a bit steep hence 4 stars, but i just took the water off and the rest its worth it for having unlimited I suppose. I found the option for One Utility Bill in the portal provided by the estate agent we were going through. I left an online chat requesting details, and Sorcha was very helpful and responsive.
