We used Astons to replace our old conservatory and rebuild a new extended one. We have to say that we are so pleased that we went with them as they have done a fantastic job and transformed an old room into a completely new living space that we use all of the time. Everyone we dealt with from Nick and Kate to the builders were friendly and professional and took the time to make sure we were happy throughout the whole process. In particular Arron and Paul paid great attention to detail and showed real workmanship, in fact they solved an unexpected issue and came up with a solution that was better than the original plan. All of the workmen made sure that they cleared up at the end of every day and that the areas were safe for our pets. The prices were competitive and the materials were all of excellent quality, I would definitely recommend Astons and we will certainly be using them in the future when we replace our external doors.

Whilst I am happy with the job completed, the communication has been awful throughout. The job was continually delayed, probably due to COVID/brexit supply issues, which is fair enough however none of this was communicated to me at any point. However, when payment was required they contacted me daily until paid, proving they do have the capability to get in touch! A shame because they were good in every other way, and friendly when I did get hold of them.

I am over the moon with the service and overall experience I had with Aston’s. We bought our first home July last year and knew the windows and doors would be the first thing we needed to get done. I found them through Facebook and I am so glad I did! I looked through their pictures first and read a few reviews. I got in contact with them and they sent Nick to the house within the same day! He measured all of the windows and doors and designed them for me. The front door is a grey composite door with some glass features which I absolutely love! I was able to choose the colours, styles, glass, handles etc. He then showed me a French window which I hadn’t seen before.. both windows open out wide so there is no bar down the middle when you open them! (I’m not good at explaining but it opens the rooms right up) I had an issue that I was unsure if Astons would be able to do it. I wanted the back window of the living room knocked out and turned into French doors. Due to a wall needing to be knocked through I wasn’t sure if it would be possible. Nick went on to say how their installations manager is a also brick layer and is able to knock the wall down and fit a door in the place of the window! The fitting team (Arron, Paul and Ash) came and they were so polite and extremely clean! They were always here bright and early and did a fantastic job. I would love a conservatory next! I will definitely be using these guys again! I cannot recommend them enough. I have had no issues with any of the doors or windows but I know if I did they would only be a phone call away! Thank you so much all you have helped make my house a home!

The whole team at Astons were professional and competitively priced. From their customer service and knowledge to final installation, they were always willing to help either via phone and/or email. Arron installed the window efficiently and tidied up after himself. Highly recommended.

A brilliant family based firm. First we had nick come out for a chat and he is extremely knowledgeable on the products they are using! There was no pressure selling like we had from other firms, he even saved us money from changing a few things that he thought would be better. Then we had the pleasure of Kate's amazing customer service keeping us informed on everything through the lockdown regarding dates ect. Nothing was to much trouble for her and the date she said was the date they installed. Being a bricklayer for over 20 years I'm quite critical of other trades work but could not find a single fault in the installer Aaron's work,he fitted them without damaging anything and his mastic was so neat and he left the house spotless definitely a perfectionist.We are over the moon with our new windows and composite door. 5 star service from a firm big enough to cope but small enough to care. Highly recommend thanks again astons
