M. P.I can't praise Feltfab enough! When they came round for a quote, they took the time to explain exactly what the issues were with the roof and gave me some options for what we could do depending on what my budget was. Once the scaffolding was up, they got to work and were done within 4 days!! I was so incredibly impressed. They were also courteous to the neighbours and let them know that there may have been a slight disruption to their satellite signal, but ended up finding a workaround to avoid that. Special thanks to Richard for his kind, professional manner and for always being on hand to answer any questions.

Work did get done and as far as I know it's fine (I'm not a roofer, how would I know?) but they were not the easiest company to deal with after I accepted the quote (they were great before that). I had to be on the phone chasing them constantly - they'd either turn up out of the blue or just not show up at all.
