I had problems getting any roofers to come out to look at a leak down the side of a dormer. Some did promise to come back to me but never did. I assume they thought the job wasn't worth it or was just aggravation. I was even told I'd need a complete new roof. Steve advised me on who to use for scaffold and to let him know as soon as it was up. The day after the scaffold was in place Steve and a couple of his team came out to inspect the roof and identify the problem. The following day James came out and did the necessary repairs. Very fair price, polite and friendly from my first phone call to Elizabeth in the office until the completion of the work.
