We had our kitchen and dining room knocked through by removing a huge fireplace and a new kitchen fitted, as well as a new toilet and sink in our downstairs bathroom, and a remodel of the bedroom above. Phil was great at providing qualified people to do the work, anticipating problems and overcoming them quickly. Nothing was too much trouble and even when changes were made last minute he was able to flex and change to accommodate these. The house was left tidy and the teams working here were trustworthy, dedicated and we really enjoyed having them around. We’re really pleased with the standard of work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Phil to anyone wanting work done.

I had to find a builder urgently as I was due to have bifold doors installed the following week and needed RSJ and knock through through 2 internal walls as well as creating the space on the external wall for the doors. Phil was sympathetic to my predicament and was able to carry out the work with 4 days notice. His team arrived early every day and worked solidly, they were also friendly and entertaining. Phil was competitively priced and the work was carried out to a high standard, they were extremely clean and ensured every scrap of unused material and rubble was removed. I highly recommend Phil and his team .

Phil's team worked flat out during the summer to complete a ground floor extension with open plan living area, new kitchen and underfloor heating. In addition they constructed a large garden building, fully serviced. As with any major piece of work, some problems were encountered, but Phil was very good at finding solutions which we could agree on. The project was competed on time, a little over budget, but then we added some items as we went along. The final snag list was resolved in good order and we are very happy with the finished work. One thing that helped significantly, was Phil's detailed spreadsheet breaking out all of the costs, and enabled the project costs and stage payments to be easily monitored.

Phil was pleasant when he came to view the job and indicated that he was able to start the work within a couple of weeks. After a couple of weeks of waiting for the quote to come through it turned out he is FULLY BOOKED UNTIL THE MIDDLE OF 2020 so isn't able to take on any more work at the moment.

We had a leaking Saniflow pump which was pumping water behind the kitchen unit and onto the carpet. Phil came around early morning and had the whole thing fixed in minutes. Outstanding!!!
