Emily and the A Team from Kandap have been brilliant. I definitely recommend them. The 5-star team onsite have been, by far, the most professional, courteous and efficient contractors that have been here in the course of a 2-year property renovation. The kerb was adjusted to meet council + highways requirements, and the specifics of the existing kerbs around. Road marking and vehicle access were organised. Apart from the very efficient job, they've also managed the impossible: for the first time here, there has been no complaint or even one remark from any of the pathological complainers in the neighborhood. Kandap also managed the council and highways paperwork for us. Prior to Kandap, several other surfacing contractors visited, that didn't give the same feeling.

Only downside was the wait for the works to be completed but I guess that's understandable if you want a Reliable and reputable company to do the work as they must be in demand and have had covid restrictions to contend with. Recently had my dropkerb done, and after applying for authorisation for the work to commence, I then set about finding the right contractor to carry out the work, I can not recommend Kandap enough.. from the get go the service received was far superior to the competitors, from the actual visit from John to sort the quote (others just look on Google maps and seem to pluck a sum out) the communication has been great too, guiding every step of the way. He Rang the day before to make sure we are still good to go and explaining what time the team will arrive on site and how the day will go, on the day the team arrived as stated and were really informative and curtious from the get go, the weather was challenging being January but the lads worked tirelessly and still delivered a sublime finish to my dropkerb, even took into account my request not to have to much of a ramp too, went the extra mile by spreading grass seed where it was so wet the digger churned up some of the verge, I would have taken care of that but the guys insisted. One of/if not the only company that does dropped kerbs for driveway access around Milton Keynes and are the same price as Ringway ‘the approved contractor’ but that is with all of the council fees covered such as application for opening of road fee etc. They handled everything and all I had to do was pay.
