I can only say good things about my visits to Redrow Kingsland Park in Northampton. Cindy and Linda were Soo Friendly, Very Helpful, Extremely Professional and Knowledgeable. Five Star plus. Beautiful Homes.

I walked onto this development to discuss a future plot and had the most welcoming approach from lindsey. She really made us both welcome providing us with all the information regarding a plot we are interested in. I also returned after a few weeks for more info and once again a very warm welcome and all my quirys dealt with. However, due to the aggressive high increase in the prices, we will be looking at other developments. Its ashame that in a matter of a few months 20k has been added to the house type we was considering!

Kingsland Park - the site looks tidy and set by a mature development and playing fields- seems a quiet residential neighbourhood. Do not use the google search map to direct you as it takes you to the rear of the site. My review below: The sales managers (A & L) are quite helpful and would give you as much information as they know and have. And this is coming from (me) a first time buyer who has loads of questions Seen a review by another regarding only one access to site - Not sure this will be the case at the end-state. I say this because the site/development plan shows access/egress on Goodwood Avenue and Devon Way. I'd assume two access ways into development. My only comment is prices - you could get same houses on other redrow developments (i.e. Rugby - bigger estate & Nuneaton - medium size) if you are willing to travel further afield. It's up to the buyer really. I think it is a Redrow policy not to negotiate on house prices so dnt expect that. On a visit today, build progress seems good especially on lower plot numbers in the west side of the site. All said, the ladies are helpful and if u have any questions always good to ask n they will get a response to you soon as they can. Can't ask for anything else, really. Still undecided if I will buy here cos of prices but I can surely not fault their responsivenes and communication acumen
