Where do I start on my amazing garden. Consoltation was quick, easy & he was very knowledgeable about what would work best for my drive. Along with being upfront about potential issues along the way & very polite. When it came to the job itself Jamie punctual, precise & efficient. I would give 10 stars if I could. We had a very wonky patio that was on about three different levels, as well as, dangerous steps coming from the conservatory, thanks to Jamie and Richie we now have the most beautiful patio I've ever seen ! They worked like machines for over two weeks, in all weathers. Completing the job this morning. From the word go,Jamie was professional, reliable honest and certainly knows his stuff. He advised us along the way, what would work/look right and what wouldn't. Both him and Richie have very high standards and a brilliant work ethic, tidying as they go! They crack on with the job and are happy with a supply of endless teas and coffees and Haribo for Richie!!! (that they do also come with their own supplies!!!) My husband and I both work and were more than happy to leave Jamie and Richie at home, knowing that the job would get done while we weren't there. They were friendly with our neighbours too and nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Jamie and Richie you are superb. See you in the future to get the front drive/garden done!

I had been planning to have some work done on my garden for a while, I chose Jamie after seeing some of his work and all the 5 Star reviews, and I was not disappointed Jamie came round and suggested some ideas I could have, delighted with the plan I decided to go ahead, then COVID came along and sent all of our lives in to a spiral although this caused a bit of a delay, Jamie gave me a starting date, I was a little anxious about COVID but I needn't have worried, Jamie explained how things would be with COVID restrictions including even bringing their own Portaloo. The day arrived Jamie and Richie started work and boy did they work hard, they didn't stop, they were so careful and considerate of myself and my neighbours property and the attention to detail and finishing touches were first class. The work was completed promptly and I was left with a lovely new patio, and a new fence and gates which was done by Darren, everything was carried out to the highest standard. I cannot recommend Jamie and team enough if I could give them 10 stars I would, I will certainly return to them for any future plans I might have. Thanks again Jamie and team, I couldn't be more pleased with how things have turned out.

Whow !!! where do we start if we could give 10 Stars we would. Jamie from to start to finish was very professional gave us good advice on planning our new Patio. When Jamie and Richie started it was on time with what Jamie said when he quoted us, Bearing in mind we have COVID to contend with. Once they started they didn’t stop, both very hard working punctual kind professional and even brought there own Portaloo 😊. Access to our property was very limited but they took great care with all deliveries so careful considerate and also to all of our neighbours too. First class workmanship 100% we recommend them highly. We have a beautiful patio with curving pathway, steps ready to enjoy a beautiful summer & also a new area for our Arbour. Jamie and team (Rich) completed an upgrade to our front driveway they were very professional, flexible and the work was completed to a very high standard. Jamie explained what was happening and where decisions were required Jamie provided good advice and we are very pleased with our new driveway. The team were very flexible and where additional work was required (our roof drainage needed sorting out which wasn't discovered until work had started) they completed it in a timely and efficient way.

Jamie did a great job in our garden, removing the previous grass which didn’t have the correct base to prevent the smell of dog wee! Jamie has taken great care to ensure we don’t smell dog wee, he’s put the correct base in and laid fab new lush turf and looks much better than it did before. We're so pleased with all the work that Jamie and his team have done. From his initial site visit to discuss the work we wanted to his time on site completing the work, he was always really helpful and great at articulating any potential issues allowing us to understand and overcome anything we needed to. His attention to detail shines through in the completed project and his commitment to getting the work completed was equally impressive - turning up early, working late, working in bad weather etc. Whilst on site, he and his team were always mindful of our neighbours who all commented how little disruption there had been and how impressed they were with his work and attitude. I highly recommend Jamie for the excellent quality work he has done in creating a beautiful patio for us. From the initial quote right through to the completion of the project he was professional, courteous, and kept us fully informed at every stage. He and his team are hardworking, tidy, COVID safe and trustworthy. Jamie pays great attention to detail, and took time to consider our design spec carefully, suggesting improvements which enhanced the final result tremendously. He takes enormous pride in his work, and this is obvious in the high quality of our finished patio. We are absolutely delighted with the final results, and have asked Jamie to return to complete a further project for us.

1) Called Jamie back for more work in 2022 including replacing a hedge with fencing, installing a soakaway and doing a new patio and footpath. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of it all, which can only be put down to the meticulous care Jamie takes in every detail of the works. His experience and professionalism cannot be faulted. 2) Had my driveway done in 2017 by Jamie and his team. On his first visit to quote for the work, Jamie offered additional advice while pointing out issues that were overlooked by all others that I had invited to quote. No doubt the other contractors would have added extra cost to their original quotation after commencing the job. During the work Jamie's team performed diligently, and cheerfully, whilst always ensuring that they cleared up after each day. If you want a professional job done, I would recommend Jamie every time.

Jamie carried out two large projects for us. First, excavation and installation of a large patio area in Indian sandstone, immediately followed by removal of an awful front parking area and driveway (a real eyesore), and replacement with smart, block-paving. Combined, we’re probably talking about over 200 square meters of work, so we needed it to be done properly. Jamie had carried out some work for us previously to a very high standard, so was the obvious choice. There was a considerable waiting time but we were prepared to wait, knowing that no-one else would provide the same high quality service he’s known for. The team were very professional, courteous and polite. Their experience and knowledge of their trade was obvious and we were very pleased to be kept informed with daily progress reports. The end results of both projects are excellent and we are more than happy with how the work was carried out. Two complete transformations in the space of a couple of weeks. If you’re looking for attention to detail, knowledgeable and professional staff, high standards of workmanship, flexibility and a “can-do” attitude, don’t bother looking anywhere else, Jamie’s your man.

On fitting the Astro Turf, Jamie communicated any problems that arose and talked us through the options for negotiating them, leaving us confident in the decisions we made. The team worked hard and smart, leaving no evidence of there presence apart from the lovely new turf. A Friendly and approachable crew making the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. Due to unforeseen circumstances the guys couldn't lay the turf the day after the prep was completed, Jamie contacted us throughout, keeping us updated on the delay and reasons. To their credit they turned up early the next morning eager to complete the work. He had some pretty wet weather during the job but they kept working hard and it was all done on time. The quality of work is excellent. A very comprehensive job all completed within predicted time frame, in spite of the continuous rainy weather. Having spent much time weeding shingle I contacted Jamie Gooch & one other company for quotes to brickweave drive & front garden, the prices varied by £2,000 the lesser price being Jamie Gooch but what really clinched the order was the knowledge & pleasantness of the person. At time of work being carried out I was not disappointed Jamie & his staff were pleasant & efficient, I have never seen a team work like it, clean & prompt in what they did next door commented how the workmanship of hers now looked so inferior, it does of course, hers is weedy & out of level, ours is not, Jamie Gooch will be returning here as soon as the back garden project for artificial grass becomes reality, if only all contractors were so reliable.
