Brilliant experience from start to finish. Paul was so accommodating of our wishes, adapting a standard summerhouse design to incorporate a shed as we wanted, as well as arranging an eco base for us instead of the standard concrete base. Everyone who attended to deliver items or install was very friendly and professional, going over and above, as well as fixing any issues quickly. We're over the moon with the end result and can't wait to paint it and get our office up and running! Highly recommend this company.

Very impressed with our Heavy-Duty Workshop (£2800) which was delivered and erected within four weeks of placing the order. However, three weeks after the installation I am unable to close or lock the door due to what appears the wood swelling, I was advised that it will be ten days before the Defects Team were able to come and resolve the problem however received a phone call and they were able to out 3 days after problem was reported. The problem was rectified very quickly and professionally. Thankyou

Communication with the office was easy and they were always friendly . All the guys who worked on the carport/garage were hard working and did an amazing job .They are a credit to the Scott’s team . Oh my goodness - where do I start?! Firstly we just LOVE our summerhouse - such amazing quality. We decided to put it up ourselves - we are not particularly practically minded so I'm not sure why, so when we got stuck I sent an email to the company who emailed straight back with what to do next and a WhatsApp contact if we had any future questions. Needless to say we had loads and Josh at Scott's Sheds was fantastic with messaging straight back with photos and instructions. I couldn't recommend this company enough with the quality of the build and the incredible customer service. Thank you so much. We were Totally satisfied with the service from Scott Timber Buildings. The corner summerhouse we ordered was constructed to a very high standard and was very easy to assemble. Lots of roofing material was supplied with all the components and lots of fixings and paint. The guys who delivered it were very helpful in moving the panels into the garden and putting the base down. I was really pleased that the roof was delivered in one piece which made construction much easier. Rather than just dumping the panels on the kerb I got a full briefing on how to build it. Very good communication from the office and updates. Highly recommended thanks.

Bought the Gunthorpe model back in 2019 as an art studio which I work out of at the bottom of the garden and absolutely love it. Unfortunately, it developed a rather large leak around the windows about a year after installation. Without any hesitation, Paul from sales arranged to have two lovely guys come out, who went above and beyond to repair the leak and ensure it was fully watertight all round. Really impressed with their customer service - Thank you!

Would give the sales guys a kick up the backside to stop ignoring people outside when they are walking around though as that happened on both of my last visits before ordering.

We bought a shed here in 2008. It looks as good today as it did then. The service was second to none. The only day we could go there it was closed the owner came in and opened up for us. The quality was so good and so well made. The delivery was on time and put together very quickly by two cheerful young men. If you're looking to purchase a log cabin or shed stop what your doing and look no ruther, these guys are as good as it gets. So we were planning to buy a cabin for months and I'm so lucky we came across scotts timber buildings as there's some cowboys out there. You will get a first class service with this company. Very helpful sales team, prompt replies from emails and texts, all round excellent service and Paul is super helpful and quick to answer any Questions you may have during the build. And the most important thing the cabins are of a very high quality, we went for the chestnut log cabin. its beautiful. We built it ourselves, any questions you have during the build are answered quickly and in a friendly manner. It's been an absolutely pleasure doing business with scotts timber buildings and we are so glad we choose them, don't make the mistake of going elsewhere these lot are professional about there business and deal in Quality, and as they say you get what you pay for, all the best and thankyou scotts timber buildings

OMG, I am so pleased with my summer house! The staff in the sales office are so friendly and helpful without being pushy. The guys who erected it did so with smiles even though the weather was very wet. I cannot fault my lovely summer house, very good quality and well made. Purchased a large log cabin from Scotts and self built. The staff were very helpful throughout the entire process and responded immediately to any questions I had during the self build. High quality materials at a very competitive price.

When we bought our shed here the staff were very helpful. They knew their products and were interested in helping us find a shed that was right for us. Delivery was prompt and the drivers unloaded the shed to where we wanted it. All necessary parts were included amd the shed went together fairly easily, although two people are really necessary to make the job easier. All in all, Scott's sell quality products at reasonable process.

We did a lot of research for our first Scott's shed last autumn. When we compared like for like (materials/heavy duty/quality etc) they came out best for the price. Josh was so helpful and professional when we chose the exact model and it went very smoothly. The base was laid, and erection carried out by Scott and is first rate. We are delighted with our (3.5x5m) workshop. In fact so delighted we just went back to order a smaller one with a non-standard specification for an awkward space. I'm happy to recommend Scotts to anyone!

We went to have a look at BBQ huts, the particular size we wanted was not on display. The prices had shot up and we were informed that the only model of hut worth considering was far too big, we tried to explain that our garden is an average size and could not accommodate a large hut, so we left rather disappointed.
