We have lived in our Keepmoat home now for two weeks. Since moving in, nothing has been too much trouble for the site staff, everyone is approachable and all staff involved have been exemplary. All snagging is completed to a very high standard. Indeed anything we have requested has been dealt with efficiently and effectively. We love our new home and having downsized it had much to live up to.

Staff were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. However, the prices are not that competitive. Any extras come at an unreasonable price, for example a simple outside tap is £150. Had to give up this option as a newbuilt house plus expensive extras didn't seem to be reasonable for the value.
